Ohran Viper Discussion

It seems like you've got a pretty decent start to a good ezuri deck but it kinda lacks synergy with some cards for example, why is Scute Mob in the deck? It doesn't really synergize with anything and in EDH beatsticks really aren't what you want. Same thing goes for cards like Arbor Colossus, Ohran Viper, Lorescale Coatl, and Experiment One. They're okay cards but don't really serve any purpose. Biomantic Mastery for the most part is overcosted and you won't really end up drawing that many more cards than you would off a Shamanic Revelation for 2 mana less. Kaseto, Orochi Archmage doesn't really make much sense in the deck, I could see an argument of making your big stuff unblockable but in that case Thassa, God of the Sea is usually going to be better (though she doesn't trigger ezuri, I think she has enough upside).
You may also want to take out some of the things on the higher end of your mana curve as your decks average cmc is 3.7, which is very high. Mirror Match doesn't seem like a terribly effective card though I've never actually tested it in a deck, I'd be interested to know how it works for you. Ring of Three Wishes is a card that I used to play in a lot of my EDH decks but in practice it's usually too slow and could be replaced by something like Worldly Tutor. I'm also not really sure why you're playing Day of the Dragons I guess if you have a lot of creatures you get a lot of dragons, but I don't think that makes up for the 7 mana and the fact that if someone destroys it in response all of your creatures are permanently exiled. Also Thought Vessel is probably worse than Mind Stone.
Some cards you might want to consider: Fathom Mage - can draw you a lot of cards off 1 ezuri trigger. Sage of Fables - a slightly worse Fathom Mage but still works. Chasm Skulker and Hooded Hydra - make a lot of tokens and all those tokens trigger ezuri. Gyre Sage - can tap for an insane amount of mana. Simic Manipulator - Almost always better and cheaper than Beguiler of Wills. Mycoloth - Shouldn't need much explanation.

Snake tribal without Orochi Hatchery?
You should probably cut a couple land at least since you have quite a few mana producing creatures. Also, you are missing Sasaya, Orochi Ascendant and Shisato, Whispering Hunter from the Kamigawa block.
some other good snakes (not from Kamigawa):

@RioTheKing Adamaro is simply better than Borborygmos by being very cheap and efficient. An inexpensive general that will either have a high P/T or make your opponents play differently is a valuable thing to consider in deckbuilding, whereas a punishingly expensive general that's not efficient in any way and is embarrassed by other legends in his guild (or with his own name) is not worth thinking about.
Also 17-1 with Niv-Mizzet is not an impressive sample size and provides no context as to the skill of the opposing players and/or strength of the opposing decks.
@someguy5587 Geist is not a particularly good multiplayer card. Needing swords or enchantments to function is not a plus for him. While more expensive, Bruna is a large and evasive threat that finds her own help and can take over the game. She plays offense and defense very well, while Geist is an all-in linear threat that needs serious help to attack through a Courser of Kruphix, Solemn Simulacrum, or Ohran Viper. Geist may be excellent in 1v1 but that is not how most people play EDH nor is that what the list is trying to capture.

That's exactly what I am saying though, I do not want to ever destroy their lands without topdecking one first. I do not want my opponent to be able to draw into an answer.
Once again, your deck is very different from this one, since it was made for a different meta. Firespout is a major reason I run all my fetches. It is important at times that I can cast it without a green, to save my Birds of Paradise. Another nice interaction with my fetches, is I can bring them back with Eternal Witness if I need a land that badly. You run a lot of bigger creatures than me also, my only "fatty" is Deus of Calamity, which I rarely use. Often an attrition creature is better, like Ohran Viper. While our decks might have the same overall goals, it is accomplished in a far different way. Most of my games are won by way of Birds of Paradise with exalted triggers, since most modern decks are capable of blocking 1/1s, but cannot deal with fliers as easily. I don't want to add in more fatties either as a win condition, if they are not needed.
I will give the Coiling Oracles and Sakura-Tribe Elder a shot though, because I definitely considered tribe elder before, but had no other option to back it up. It'd be great if there was another similar card for a turn 1 play though. I find myself simply too slow of a deck without a turn one play.
