Hahaha. Fantastic. For Lord Farquad, Imperial Recruiter might be a better fit. Just added with Modern Horizons 2, it fits better thematically as it can search your library for Noggle Hedge-Mage (Donkey) or Gingerbrute (Gingy). There's a chance Recruiter's price drops as tons of MH2 is opened, but if it stays high then I wouldn't worry about it unless you have copies around.

its usually preferable to add at least a 2nd color to a deck, at the very least for the sake of your sideboard. more colors means more options. red also offers more wizard etb's, like Noggle Hedge-Mage. not to mention the ability to essentially run 8 Lightning Bolt with Wizard's Lightning

There is a few, obviously there is Naban, Dean of Iteration which looks like he'll be turning every other wizard into haymakers. Ghitu Journeymage looks interesting aswell, with Urza's Incubator and Cloudstone Curio it starts reading, pay 1 red mana, deal 2 damage to every opponent, it lacks the versatility of Noggle Hedge-Mage but might still deserve a spot.
The rest are either too pricey, lacks a spectacular effect or requires a kicker cost for their ETB effect.

Magic_Aids, I changed some stuff around by attempting to make it more competitive and less of the noggle theme. Noggle Hedge-Mage is pretty underpowered however dank it is. I added Blood Moon and some more counter magic for some additional tempo. I also added Ral Zarek as it triggers Riverfall Mimic and the ultimate is game winning. Let me know if you have any suggestions if you have the time. Thanks again for even looking at my brew!
