Note to self: Replace Soulfire Grand Master with a Wild Slash, a Shock, a Twin Bolt, and a Warleader's Helix. Swap the two Recumbent Blisses for the two Pacifisms. Have the Tarfires instead of the Fiery Impulses. Remove the Blazing Hope and the Erase for a couple Mudbutton Torchrunners.

Hi Antennae I like waht you're doing here, I've been wanting to make a similar goblin deck in mono red, two cards I can suggest might be Mudbutton Torchrunner and Fodder Launch. also Diabolic Edict is not modern legal, maybe try a Geth's Verdict instead?

Thank you for your comment Hyperalgialysis.
- I could definetely try 1 or 2 Black Cats. There are better hand disruption option for sure, but this is not a competitive deck and most importantly I'm a cat person, so I can try it :P
- Altar's Reap and Merciless Resolve are really good options and I was already thinking to replace 1 or 2 Viscera Seer with one of these. Btw I'm rarely in mana flood, so i like Altar's Reap, but I have yet to try it against more controllish decks
- I already thought about Bone Splinters but Terminate, Act of Treason and direct damage from all the creatures already do the job really well. It could be a good side option against decks with many removals, but I think I would prefer going with 4x terminate in that case.
- Tattered Mummy is good for this deck, but I see it as a worse Perilous Myr. It could maybe replace some Mudbutton Torchrunner to make the deck faster

It seems like Avacyn's Judgment and Abandon Reason are meant to be cast for Madness? If so, Bloodrage Brawler is awfully inconsistent here, as there's no way to be sure you'll have a hand with both Bloodrage Brawler, Avacyn's Judgment in a game, and it's even less likely you'll have the mana to cast both of them in the same turn. I'd recommend either replacing the Bloodrage Brawlers with the suggestions below, scrapping Abandon Reason, or both.
Bloodrage Brawler is an incredibly aggressive card, I'll admit. However, there are some creatures that are quite a bit more synergistic with your deck. Nantuko Husk, Carrion Feeder, and Blood Bairn help your creatures die without Distended Mindbender. Perilous Myr and Goblin Arsonist are relatives of Mudbutton Torchrunner.
It seems like Distended Mindbender and Avacyn's Judgment are your sac outlets right now. Your opponent isn't going to block your Mudbutton Torchrunners if they're going to take 3 damage for it - they're just going to let the 1 go through. So, you need ways to power them yourself. Again, Nantuko Husk, Carrion Feeder, and Blood Bairn will all do that job for you, and Artillerize and Fling are cheap, sometimes even better, substitutes or alternatives.
For a budget deck, your mana base is to be expected, but it can be better. Rakdos Guildgate is a dual land, sure, but entering the battlefield tapped without anything else means it's outclassed by others. Akoum Refuge and Bloodfell Caves are gainlands in Rakdos colors. Rakdos Carnarium is a tapland that bounces one of your own lands, which can be bad or good, but helps you stay on curve the turn after, unlike the Guildgate. Temple of Malice is a scryland, which might not be so useful, but it's still better than the Guildgate by virtue of its scry. Dragonskull Summit is probably your best bet for a dual under $5/each, though, because it's not necessarily a tapland as long as you have a Swamp or Mountain.
Soul-Scar Mage and Abandon Reason are really weird cards in this deck. You have no burn spells (which might be something to consider) if you don't hit creatures with your Torchrunner or Showstopper, so I would consider either burn spells or better combat tricks. Red has much better combat tricks than Abandon Reason, like Brute Strength, a red Giant Growth.
Sorry for the wall of text; I hope it helped.

Siege-gang and ankle shanker are useless in the deck. You are not a super wide deck so ankle shanker doesn't do anything. If you thought the first strike and death touch proc upon entering combat, it doesn't. He is going to be very lack luster in this deck. Archetype of Finality does it better.
Siege... you dont do anything with goblins... so why? The enchantment you have is slow with this... and you are paying mana to do dmg. There are better ways to do it. You have 2 goblins, he doesn't do much at all. There are other ways to go about getting use out of sac outlets.
Entomb is a card you need. It will help you get another combo piece in the graveyard, at instant speed. Also why Redcap? You aren't playing Ana-Fenza to go infinite... he's just a worse version of the goblin that dies and deals 3 dmg Mudbutton Torchrunner.
Couple other quality of life cards, and or creatures that can help ya increase the consistency of this deck.

It's a little high CMC, but I would really recommend Mudbutton Torchrunner. It's basically a Lightning Bolt on legs; you can sac it to Fling or your other creatures to activate it and burn a creature or player for 3 damage.
Speaking of Lightning Bolt, Magma Jet is another option for versatility. It has a higher CMC and only does 2 damage, but the Scry can be helpful in a deck like this that has no way to draw or filter more cards.
Dregscape Zombie is another option; it's Unearth ability lets it get sacced, swing with Haste, and then get sacced again for 3 total mana.
Mogg War Marshal gets you a total of 3 Goblins for only two mana, another great source of sacrifices for your engine.
Scorched Rusalka is another option to consistently do damage when you sac off creatures, the big downside is the fact that the ability has red mana in its activation cost. The nice thing is that once you have enough creatures and mana on the board, you can burn an opponent from 5 life to 0 at instant speed. You basically raise their 'red zone' threshold.
This last one seems a little high CMC for your deck, but it could be a useful. Falkenrath Noble can give nick players, give you some sustain, and a little Flying defense if the deck doesn't go off fast enough.
I'm not sure how much use you get out of them, but you may want to consider replacing your Golgari Rot Farm and Gruul Turf with Rugged Highlands and more dual lands that give you 1 life. The bit of life gain is really helpful in an aggro deck like this, which has no sustain otherwise. Over 50% of your spells are only 1 CMC, so the Rot Farm and Turf may end up tapping for the wrong combination of mana or leave mana unspent at the end of phases.
