Birgi, God of Storytelling  ^Flip + Hazoret's Monument + Grinning Ignus

Someone already mentioned a variation of this, but with these three cards you can generate infinite colorless mana and draw as many cards as you need. (You'll also have a free red mana floating at any given point in time.) You then draw into your wincon which will be either Cogwork Assembler, Comet Storm, Conflagrate, Fireball, Meteor Shower or Walking Ballista.

You could also make Blasting Station, Fiery Bombardment, Goblin Bombardment, Makeshift Munitions, Mask of Immolation, Mortarpod or Weaponize the Monsters a wincon here. With your infinite colorless mana you could just cast your commander, sacrifice her to deal a damage and then recast and repeat. Birgi, God of Storytelling  ^Flip will refund whatever red mana you spend throughout any of these processes.

The deck looks great! I'm really excited to build my own version.

You have Flare, Solar Blast, Zap and Spark Jolt twice in your deck.

I don't think you can cycle Solar Blast from exile. You can't discard cards from exile.

Eternal Warrior is the cheapest way to give your commander Vigilance in Red. I'm not sure if it's worth running over equipment, but it is more efficient even if it is riskier.

Faithless Looting seems like a great option for you deck.

Empty the Warrens could also be strong in a deck full of cheap spells and rituals.

Pyromatics is maybe another good way to get some cheap triggers.

I wish there was a good way to manipulate the top of the deck more consistently than with Scry, like a Future Sight -type effect. Maybe Lens of Clarity with shuffle effects and Shenanigans ? Probably too cute.

You are running a large amount of X-spells. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, but they are mana intensive, making it less likely that you'll be able to take advantage of the exiled cards after it. Meteor Shower seems particularly bad, and I could see Builder's Bane being more efficient as a Smash to Smithereens .

Seems like you still have lots of room to play in. Maybe you can afford to add in some Double-Strike spells? You talk about it, but I don't see any in your deck. Temur Battle Rage is usually the go-to, after that there's Uncaged Fury and Assault Strobe .

Yah if I had remembered that we would have added Walking Ballista, so i think it would be a good idea to add Walking Ballista over Ivy Elemental, as well as Release the Gremlins for some more removal, possibly over Savage Ventmaw. Also a Mana Geyser would pair nicely with that Reiterate, and is usually better than say, Meteor Shower. But as with most things deckbuilding is a process and requires much refining and adapts over time.

That's really just one way to do it. Other options include:

Reiterate + Desperate Ritual/Pyretic Ritual + Bonfire of the Damned/Fireball/Illuminate/Banefire/Blaze/Conflagrate/Crater's Claws/Demonfire/Devil's Play/Disintegrate/Ghitu Fire/Kaervek's Torch/Lava Burst/Meteor Shower/Red Sun's Zenith ( needed with 4+ XP counters)

Reiterate + Desperate Ritual/Pyretic Ritual + Lightning Bolt/Flaming Gambit (Same, can still be done during an opponent's end step.)

Reiterate + Fanning the Flames/Comet Storm/Rolling Thunder/Titan's Revenge/Volcanic Geyser + Infernal Plunge ( and a spare creature to sacrifice)

Reiterate + Fascination/Braingeyser + Infernal Plunge ( and a spare creature to sacrifice)

Point is Firemind's Foresight is nice.
