Magmasaur
Creature — Elemental Dinosaur
Magmasaur enters the battlefield with five +1/+1 counters on it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may remove a +1/+1 counter from Magmasaur. If you don't, sacrifice Magmasaur and it deals damage equal to the number of +1/+1 counters on it to each creature without flying and each player.

What are your thoughts on Magmasaur ?

Magmasaur might be a decent keep. It at least works well with Marchesa. Malakir Cullblade , Maulfist Squad come into play with counters on them. Mer-Ek Nightblade offers some good support.

I was wanting to do a deck very much like this. I probably won't post it, but I very much intend to play it! The Magmasaur is a great find!

Vona's Hunger could be better than doom blade or unlicensed disintegration.
Swords to Plowshares might be able to fit in on the budget
Custodi Soulbinders could be fun to swing out on a full board
Magmasaur repeatable board wipe?
Seekers' Squire could explore for value
Banewhip Punisher is repeatable creature kill
Emissary of Sunrise probably to expensive CMC, but i think i like explore in your deck
Grenzo, Dungeon Warden most of your creatures have 2 power, this seems great!
Herald of Leshrac if you wanna be mean, but funny at the same time!
Solemn Recruit could get big fast
Taurean Mauler could get big fast
Vampire Hexmage planswalker hate
Rally the Ancestors could be clever. get your combo into the grave, play this and win!
Mask of Memory help filter your draws
I wanna re-suggest Key to the City and Vampiric Rites. card draw is good
Dauthi Mindripper might be better than delirium skeins
Maybe cut
drana, liberator of malakir for budget reasons

-Ugh. Selfless Spirit. Commence nightmares.
-Altar of Dementia and Millstone are interesting choices. You can target yourself to load up your graveyard.
-Some creature ideas. I'm pretty sure these work, since their base power is 0, and they don't get the counters until they enter the battlefield:
Cryptborn Horror. You'll have to get some good noncombat damage done first to play it with Alesha, but it can be a bomb.
Custodi Soulbinders. That can get big and scary. Same with Drakestown Forgotten, depending how the game goes.
Magmasaur. Repeatable board wipe?
Phantom Flock. Very good attacker/blocker?
Savage Firecat. Boom, baby. Or better yet, Spike Cannibal. Or even better, Thief of Blood.

Cut Ancient Brontodon Colossal Dreadmaw These two are mostly do nothing dinosaurs and are dead in hand since you'll probably want to cast anything else in the deck.
Deathgorge Scavenger for grave hate or a creature you're okay with casting or hitting with Gishath.
Trapjaw Tyrant to help with the enrage, and its good removal.
Forerunner of the Empire Not a dino but puts one at the top of deck and a controlled way to get enrage.
Pyrohemia Another controlled way to enrage.
Thrashing Brontodon cheap dino + artifact/enchantment removal
Maybe even Magmasaur

+1 for the name AND for using the true dinosaur master Gahiji, Honored One (I'll be honest, I totally thought he/she would be errat'd to a dinosaur. I mean come on, that card just screams The Sun Empire).
I know you are avoiding mana dorks, but I feel Selvala, Heart of the Wilds is an exception for this deck. Most of your creatures are massive so you will often trigger her card draw, plus her ramp is ridiculously powerful even when not abusing her with Umbral Mantle or Sword of the Paruns.
Magmasaur and Fungusaur (both dinosaurs now) might also be some considerations with Enrage.
