I see where you are going with this deck. Swing big with your heroic and pew pew with Guttersnipe , Labyrinth Champion . Will you consider Firebrand Archer and Sentinel Tower ? One creature you can consider is Pyre Hound .

Here some cards you may consider:
Rest in Peace - imho must be put in first place.
Braid of Fire - cast more instants at your upkeep.
Radiate - mana heavy but can be really devastating.
Balefire Liege - pretty nice synergy with deck tech.
Imperial Recruiter - nice tutor of course if you put more creatures in deck.
Phalanx Leader - synergy with one bellow.
Runaway Steam-Kin - synergy with one up.
Labyrinth Champion - no need explanation.
Thermo-Alchemist - no need explanation.
Electrostatic Field - no need explanation.
Firebrand Archer - no need explanation.
Chromatic Lantern - no need explanation.
Coalition Relic - no need explanation.

I have a ton of suggestions, so bear with me.
Odric, Lunarch Marshal (pseudo zada for keywords)
Masako the Humorless (pseudo vigilance to prevent crackback)
Runaway Steam-Kin (Makes red instants sustainable for.next turn)
Monastery Swiftspear (prowess with haste for R)
Seeker of the Way (cheap prowess with lifelink)
Tethmos High Priest (reversion of key creatures below 2 mana)
Akroan Crusader (creates soldiers with haste)
Arena Athlete (prevents blockers)
Anax and Cymede (anthems when you target it)
Labyrinth Champion (throws 2 damage anywhere when you target it)
Rogue's Passage (you'll want unblockable, trust me)

I like the idea here, a heroic deck isn't bad, but i think that this Deck is silly unbalanced.
First of all you don't have the correct amount of some spells:
That was only in the instant part, but in the creatures you have a little disorder too xD (as always, this is just my opinion).
Anax and Cymede x4 is a waste, you are limited to a 1 in the battlefield because is Legendary. I think that x2 are more accurate.
The Boros Guildmage is a nice card, but you only need x3.
For me Sunhome Guildmage and Labyrinth Champion are completly useless here. Labyrinth Champion is too heavy and cant be returned by Tethmos High Priest and Sunhome Guildmage is overshadowed by Boros Guildmage.
Anyway, this is just my vision of this deck, in any case, nice job ;)
