Still that's like 3 card slots for a very costly board wipe. Personally I'm surprised I don't see things like Kederekt Parasite, Tainted Strike, Barbed Shocker, Paradox Engine, Capsize, on your list, as they all synergize quite well. I would also recommend, tossing some of the Talismans & Signets despite being cheap for other more reliable mana ramping such as Darksteel Ingot Dimir Cluestone, Rakdos Cluestone, Izzet Cluestone (as they can all be sacrificed for a draw, and their Keyrune counterparts, as they can be turned into a chump blocker in a pinch if needed.
Isochron Scepter imprinting either Dark Ritual, Cabal Ritual, Desperate Ritual, Pyretic Ritual with a Paradox Engine on deck = Infinite Mana, for redundancy even with mana rocks out, Paradox Engine + Mana rocks, makes buyback spells VERY useful, as once you've got enough ramp Capsize = Infinite bounce, and there a few others that become arguably equally useful, such as Fanning the Flames, Lab Rats, Mind Games, Mind Peel, Reiterate, Whispers of the Muse, just to give you a few ideas. Evincar's Justice can be viable here too, although with Evincar's Justice you need to be mindful that it damages you and your creatures too.
Brush with Death essentially works like Tendrils of Agony if you take the Infinite Black mana route, naturally if it's countered you can't buy it back, BUT if you're wanting some redundancies for a storm / life steal win condition, it's there.
Leyline of the Void is a must add for any competitive Nekusar, the Mindrazer deck. With the wheel package you're essentially exiling everything your opponents are forced to discard. Toss in a Helm of Obedience = Player targeted, Instant kill activation.
Also, I would definitely recommend keeping Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre, specifically to prevent the self-mill, AND Leyline of Anticipation, and adding Vedalken Orrery for redundancy. You can easily create a soft lock & turn it into a complete hard lock with Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir and Knowledge Pool, and why more people aren't running Day's Undoing is a bit surprising, given the redundancy to prevent mill, especially if you've acquired the means to drop it at instant speed, even on your own turn, to kill a stack & end the turn.
Also, with proper ramping, Barbed Shocker is pretty amazing, especially since it doesn't need to deal combat damage to force the wheel, (any damage it deals will trigger it), just saying. Rogue's Passage is a pretty standard commander staple too.
Liliana's Caress, Megrim, Raiders' Wake are also all must haves. Especially since, Raiders' Wake, Barbed Shocker, Shocker, (unblocked) or a Robber Fly (if you can force them to block it), & a Rogue's Passage can win the game by themselves, if your Commander or an Underworld Dreams, Kederekt Parasite is out.

I may be crazy, but it seems like pairing Young Pyromancer with buyback spells might be interesting with Prossh. Fanning the Flames could take the place of Burn at the Stake, Lab Rats or Wurmcalling or Sprout Swarm could take the place of Spoils of Blood, Reiterate is just plain good, Disturbed Burial has it's use, and Haze of Rage is a possible win con.

Locust Miser, Bad Moon, Curse of the Cabal, Lab Rats, Magewright's Stone, Rings of Brighthearth, Thornbite Staff, Contamination, Dictate of Erebos/ Grave Pact instead of Urborg Justice, Phyrexian Reclamation

Vampiric Rites Is OK for card draw. Especially if we're balls deep in tokens.Death Denied could be good if having too few cards in hand is an issue. Get the rats wiped, cast this, next turn throw out all those rats again with their low CMC.Swarmyard is super pricey, so it may be a "down the line" kind of card, but it's so flavorful and really damn handy. Especially with the enormous target Marrow-Gnawer is going to have on his face. Empty the Catacombs is similar to Death Denied except it helps your opponents too. Maybe throw a Bojuka Bog and hope the two shall meet.Soul Foundry looks like it could have a ton of potential. Who needs cards in hand when you can just keep producing some kind of super rat, maybe one with an ETB effect? Hell, if Marrow-Gnawer gets put down hard you could use the untap effects to untap Soul Foundry too.Lab Rats is fun and funny, but 5 mana for a 1/1 rat doesn't seem the best use of deck space, you know? If we're looking to trim that looks like one to go.
Stop me if this is blasphemous, but maybe if we're looking to trim, the really basic, 1/1 for 1 mana or 2/2 for 2 mana rats could go? I know it's fewer rats, but hopefully Marrow-Gnawer is picking up the slack on that. Though it is good to get some rats out early. But there could be other cheap rats that have effects on them that could take priority. Just a thought.
I also figured Ink-Eyes, Servant of Oni was a no-brainer, considering you already have her and she kicks ass on like 3 levels (Rat, regenerates, steals from graveyards). I mean, she's her own Beacon of Unrest if she can hit, if only there were some way to give her Fear... cough Marrow-Gnawer cough
Maybe I'm ignorant, so stop me if I'm wrong, but I'm not enamored with Hecatomb 4 creatures is a lot, I know we'll have rat swarms, but every 4 rats can produce 4 more rats next turn if things are going as intended.
I'll give it some more eyeballing later, but my last thought is a lot of those untappers cost 3 mana a pop, I wonder if they could be replaced with an artifact tutor to just get the 1,000-year elixir and call it good? Though that, of course, means only 1 untap a turn.Again, I'll keep noodling it.

Yeah, I pondered getting a Lab Rats for this deck...I might eventually. At the moment, I want to focus on a few other decks. I put off a -lot- of decks to buy the cards I wanted and needed for this deck, so I have some catching up to do...

It's not exactly discard-focused, but I use Lab Rats in my Marrow-Gnawer, might be useful. It seems kinda cost-prohibitive, but for 5 mana you get a repeatable rat spawner that's hard to deal with, especially if you're manipulating their hands.
