First, more Song of Freyalises. It's sooo good in Green Tokens deck. Second, remove the Thallid Omnivore for Sporecrown Thallid, since you already have Fungal Plots to sacrifice. Then, about the sideboard : I don't really see in what case the Krosan Druids could be useful, I think you could remove it. 4 Broken Bonds seem enough already, no need to add Naturalize. And I also recommend playing a Silent Gravestone in the Sideboard, it can always be kind'a useful. Have fun playing !

Hi!
This is a cool idea, and I'm making a similar deck myself. I don't have a link, sorry, because it's not on TappedOut yet. Also, if I come across as harsh, I apologise for that.
Moving on the the deck (and hopefully helping) the first thing is you should be playing around 26 lands, maybe 27 if you have cycling deserts. Next, although it sounds counter-intuitive, you actually want fewer dual lands. The strength of Hour of Promise is that it can:
-
get any land and
-
make zombies if you have enough deserts.
Therefore, you want to play 7-10 deserts. Particularly Ipnu Rivulet, as that becomes one of the main win conditions (along with Banefire in this case).
Next, your deck lacks focus. It has some of the strongest cards in standard, but that doesn't help if they aren't doing anything for your deck. This deck doesn't want cards like Goblin Chainwhirler, Nezahal, Primal Tide, Soul-Scar Mage or Wizard's Lightning, because those are aggressive cards and you're building a ramp deck.
Instead, consider things to help you stabilise against aggro, forr example Sifter Wurm, Pelakka Wurm or Krosan Druid, as well as removal like Abrade, Struggle / Survive or even Consign / Oblivion.
Finally I would reccomend playing Gift of Paradise in some number, possibly over Grow from the Ashes. While Grow can be more explosive, you need padding for your life total again.
Then tweak the numbers a bit.

Saproling WIP

First, move Gaea's Blessing to sideboard since that's a situational anti-mill card. Then I would say drop the 2 Krosan Druid and replace with 4x Llanowar Elves. Krosan Druid has too high of a kick cost to really be worth it. Would swap Llanowar Reborn for Evolving Wilds so you can search for the lands you need, maybe also swap Memorial to Unity for an additional 2x Evolving Wilds. Probably drop 1x Cabal Stronghold for a Forest since you don't have that many Swamps to utilize Cabal Stronghold. Would drop Cobbled Wings for another search card so you can get your bigger creatures when you want them. List of some possibilities for that: Chord of Calling since you should have a large amount of saprolings you can tap for it, or Diabolic Intent would be amazing since low mana cost and you could just sac a saproling, Natural Order would be awesome for the same reason, although it is more expensive.

ok i think tbh you dont need either of the planeswalkers, they dont really do anything with the kicker theme. so id say trim 1Chandra, Bold Pyromancer, 1Samut, the Tested, 2Chandra's Outburst, 2Krosan Druid and 2Ghitu Chronicler. then add 2Elfhame Druid. also it might make sense to take a few of the legendary or really big dudes down to 1 copy
