First off you need about 10-12 more lands and Gifts Ungiven is banned in commander. Ditch the 2nd Sure Strike then go buy a Pyromancer's Goggles , Primal Amulet Flip and Swarm Intelligence . You need to cut some cards to make room for the added lands. I'm not gonna point you in any direction with your deck cuz it's kinda all over the place and I don't know what you're after beyond copying instants/sorceries but I'd definitely ditch Kozilek's Sentinel and narrow your overall aim of the deck...is it prowess with buffs? tokens? countering? board control?...
Some other cards worth suggesting: Dualcaster Mage . Naru Meha, Master Wizard . God-Eternal Kefnet . Echo Mage . The Mirari Conjecture . Jori En, Ruin Diver . Mirrorpool . Dual Casting . There are a few instants/sorceries that copy your next instant/sorcery as well.

The slate is almost ready... I just want to know which is good out of the following, & which is bad, as well as whether or not Pristine Angel + Concerted Effort + Empty-Shrine Kannushi/Pledge of Loyalty is a legitamite combo that works, & can even deal with Multicolor, & Creature Types regardless of Color.

Here are the cards I found that are in such a color:

*Reality Hemorrhage (Possible Sunforger Package add?)
Which do you think would be good for my Boros Deck? Also I omitted Eldrazi Displacer as it is a standard for this deck anyway.
Also, one last question, Since my Kozilek Deck is doing nothing but fail the meter, do you think I should run a 5Color Commander, & if so, what?

B/R Colorless aggro

I think you need Fiery Temper in here to marry up with the Bomat Courier's discard. I actually ran into that combo last Monday, and it hurt.
Vile Aggregate plays well with colorless cards, as well as Nettle Drone, however the drone may not be aggro enough for you, or too gimmicky. Kozilek's Sentinel also builds quite well w/colorless stuff.

Forerunner of Slaughter is better than sludge crawler in every way, Kozilek's Sentinel is good for aggro, Outnumber and Ruinous Path are good removal for the deck, Eldrazi Mimic is fantastic for the deck, as is Matter Reshaper. Barrage Tyrant is a good non-combat wincon. Thought-Knot Seer is a good potential sideboard Bearer of Silence is very good for aggro/control. Sky Scourer is a flying kozilek's sentinel. Kozilek's Return is a must have in your colors in standard. Ways to proc its flashback as well as good game enders are Bane of Bala Ged and an Endless One for at least 7. As far as lands, your wastes are, well, wastes. Mirrorpool is unnecessary, you can run Sanctum of Ugin and possibly Shrine of the Forsaken Gods, maybe even Sea Gate Wreckage instead. Reality Hemorrhage is fine to proc colorless spells and all, but when Shock is legal, just run shock. Eldrazi Obligator is a Turn Against on a body, but I wouldn't recommend running either. Both Witness the End and Dutiful Return are bad. You don't need them. Phyrexia is right, Panharmonicon is useless, there's no need to run it. I'm sure there is more that you can edit but that's all I see at the moment.

Antonius86 Essentially, I want to be able to cast a ton of spells in one turn (colorless especially) in order to either hit hard with Kozilek's Sentinel, or to gain enough life with Aetherflux Reservoir to obliterate my opponent. To do this, I cheapen my Prophetic Prisms and Metalspinner's Puzzleknots with the Heralds and Inspectors, allowing me to draw through quite a bit of my deck for free. Then, when I am ready to combo off, I cast Paradoxical Outcome, returning all of my free artifacts, and casting them again.
Metalwork Colossus works with beating face, and all of my artifacts and reduction cards make it extremely cheap, if not free.

Black/Red Eldrazi Aggro

I'd advise cutting the Culling Drones for Reaver Drones, because you want to go as aggressive as possible. Cutting Kozilek's Sentinels for Lightning Bolts for more burn/removal. Two Wasteland Stranglers can be dropped for Dismember for more efficient creature removal (possibly cutting all four if necessary).
For mana base, I suggest cutting Nomad Outpost in favor for 2 Swamps and 2 Mountains. If budget allows, cut all the taplands for playsets of Blood Crypt and/or Bloodstained Mire.
A card to consider is Bump in the Night for Dominator Drone, as it is more efficient and less conditional life drain.
Hope this helps! I really like the fact that this is a pretty darn good Standard deck, and you're looking to play it for Modern. :)

Preordain is gonna be going in for sure. I do intend this to be for casual play, and consistent, so I'll happily add in the playset. Take Inventory was on the chopping block, so no hard feelings haha.
I'll cut Kozilek's Sentinel for Elusive Spellfist, since unblockability makes it more of a wincon. I have an idea of what to take out for the others.
As for Welding Jar, I'll probably include them in the list later. Herbal Poultice is budget, and protects creatures. That's gonna go in too.
I'll make some edits, I may need suggestions, but a I have a good footing. Thanks once again!
