Hey, man. Finally got the chance to look at it, thanks for linking it to me. Here are my suggestions:
Swap
There are a few really good upgrades you can make on the cheap. I'd say almost all the upgrades below are strictly better except Divine Visitation which is new to MtG, since it's a part of the new Guilds of Ravnica block. Trading out Sigil is just personal preference.
- Swiftfoot Boots for Lightning Greaves
- Sigil of the Empty Throne for Divine Visitation
- Prison Term for Conclave Tribunal
- Kemba's Skyguard for Boreas Charger
- Ajani's Sunstriker for Burnished Hart
- Worn Powerstone for Thought Vessel
Cut
You've got too many enchantments eating up space for things that are more important like your land base. White has a really hard time ramping and tends to be the most costly color, so you want to draw as much of it as possible. I'd aim for 35 lands minimum, but 36 is probably preferable. Every land counts.
- Angelic Gift
- Arrest
- Contemplation
- Cradle of Vitality
- Curse of the Forsaken
- Ethereal Armor
- Luminarch Ascension
- Sunbond
Add
Six of the eight add-ins below are lands. You need a hard to deal with board wipe like Wrath of God and I'm really surprised you didn't immediately go for Riot Control, since it's a table staple. If you really don't want it, I'd go straight for the Path to Exile.
- Windbrisk Heights
- Terrain Generator
- 2x Plains
- Myriad Landscape
- Mistveil Plains
- Wrath of God
- Riot Control
Expensive Upgrades
Mono-colors can get some crazy mana numbers going, but white has terrible ramp, cards like Land Tax and Thawing Glaciers will help you get lands on the board, while the multiplier artifacts will keep your mana plentiful.

I'd probably start by deciding which theme you want to pursue the most.
If you go more lifegain, increase copies of Ajani's Pridemate, Healer of the Pride, Felidar Sovereign, and Ajani's Mantra. Also consider Kemba's Skyguard, Pride Guardian, Sunbond, and Archangel of Thune.
If you go more tokens, increase copies of Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Anointed Procession, and Intangible Virtue. Also consider Adorned Pouncer, Sacred Cat, Jazal Goldmane, and Rhys the Redeemed.
Ajani, Caller of the Pride should be strong in either strategy as will most tribal support cards like Regal Caracal, Obelisk of Urd, Door of Destinies, and so on.

Spirit of the Hearth is an awesome cat that comes with a pretty relevant ability in EDH.
Oreskos Explorer helps pull lands from your library, plus you can grab nonbasic Plains.
Ajani's Pridemate is a solid 2-drop that synergises with all of your lifegain.
Sunspear Shikari is another small powerhouse, but it depends on if you feel like you can consistently equip it.
Leonin Skyhunter is again a solid 2-drop, but double white and lack of other abilities might make it unfit.
Sigarda's Aid is good if you want to push more towards an equipment theme.
Ajani's Sunstriker is another cheap cat with synergy.
Swiftfoot Boots is an equipment I definitely recommend. Speed and protection are always useful.
Loxodon Warhammer is another solid equipment.
Enlightened Ascetic is a cat with a very relevant enters-the-battlefield ability.
Kemba's Skyguard is another cool cat.
Sword of Vengeance is the cheapest one out of the Sword of X and Y cycle. (Yes, it's technically not a part of the cycle, but it's still 70% as strong as one).

I would suggest removing the Bloodbond Vampires, Student of Ojutais, Ajani's Mantras and Kemba's Skyguards, as many of them are just too expensive to be worth playing.
Love the deck, good luck!

I suggest to sideboard something against flying like Kemba's Skyguard or Leonin Skyhunter.

Haha 7/7 flying lifelink sounds like pure terror. There are things like Aven Riftwatcher and Kemba's Skyguard. But hey if you like it, you like it!

Cards that you only have one of. If it's bomb, then it's fine to have it as a 1/2-of.
Ajani is fine as a 1-of. Serra Angel isn't really worth it. There are better Human/Angel cards for 5. Angel of Salvation is expensive for a one-time effect on a 5/5 body. Kemba's Skyguard could probably be changed to something else. Healing Hands is an okay lifegain/draw spell, which could be run over/alongside the lifegain spell you already have. I'd run Pacifism over Divine Favor if you're going more for a your-creatures-can't-attack control. If you're more focused on buffing your creatures, more Spectra Wards and Divine Favors would be good, along with Godsend perhaps.
I don't play Modern, or really anything out of Standard/EDH, so I can't give good recommendations for any other cards.
