Choose target attacking or blocking creature. Scry 3, then reveal the top card of your library. Judge Unworthy deals damage equal to that card's converted mana cost to that creature. (To scry 3, look at the top three cards of your library, then put any number of them on the bottom of your library and the rest on top in any order.)

Judge Unworthy Discussion
@Nef Hey, Thank you for your nice suggestions :) So how many time you would add Venser, the Sojourner? Champion of Wits synergizes with Unburial Rites and has a nice late game option, but i will playtest without those cards and add 2xMulldrifter and Venser, the Sojourner and looks how ti performs, probably better. For Cloudshift i have Momentary Blink in the sideboard and i probably should add it to the mainbaord and remove Judge Unworthy because sometimes this card is just annoying but sometimes gold...

I threw this together to get a rough feel for how the deck would look when budgety. Sodium Hypochlorite (White as Fuck!) Budgetier.Only really interesting thing that might be useful is Judge Unworthy for that ability to find topdeck stuff.

The only cards that I could find, that came even a little close to the same ballpark, were pretty crappy.. Stand Firm and Judge Unworthy.. So sad. I might add a playset of Stand Firm just for the 1mana scry2 though.

You claim to be making a combo deck, so lets focus on that.
The mana ramp is useless, rarely will it it matter that you combo'ed on turn 5 or t6 or even t3. You need redundancy and ways to find your combo, not ways to accelerate it. - 4 soul warden (move to sideboard), - 7 mana elves, - 2 vanguards, -4 might of masses (you do not need to win on the same turn - you have infinite elves, remember?)
- 1 heliod's pilgrim, + 4 Vessel of Nascency, + 4 Satyr Wayfinder, + 4 Rofellos's Gift, +4 Judge Unworthy for protection and more digging.
Now, you can interact with your graveyard a lot more and protect yourself a bit better.

I like this deck, i was planning on building something similar
First thing, i would run 3 or maybe 4 Icatian Javelineers. It is great early game removal, and good chunkblocker. I would remove Sunlance from the mainboard and put it in the sideboard for some Basilica Guards, who is a great chunkblocker and allows you to drain your oponet health, and even heal some yourself, and i think they can work really well if you have Dark Ritual
I would remove the second copy of Evincar's Justice . I feel like you only need one buyback card in any deck, that there are better ways to do the job and the buyback card is just for late game goodies. For exemple you have Crypt Rats , Holy Light , Shrivel and Crown of Suspicion. The first one does the same earlier and better if you have Dark Ritual , and the other just earlier, which is good against aggro decks.
I would also remove Geth's Verdict for another Chainer's Edict , i feel like 3 is the way to go. And as i think you are trying to keep the mana cost high for Judge Unworthy , maybe put some copies of Snuff Out somewhere? It has high mana cost but you can also cast it for free. Street Wraith could be a good adittion for the same reason, and also to get more cards and a good late game body.

@AndrewW: So I do have Path to Exile for removal but I gotta say Judge Unworthy does seem interesting and I'll do some tests. With Ethereal Haze, if I did put a 1 drop fog it would be Holy Day for flavor reasons, and I do have Dawn Charm that fogs as well as other things. I do like Mana Tithe for the early game but not really to be put on the scepter for sure. I'm going to think on what you've said and test it.

I feel like Mana Tithe is a bit of an uphill battle if you are planning to use it with Isochron Scepter. Simply because you are paying 2 mana to make them pay 1 mana. Ethereal Haze Might work better with Luminarch Ascension. or Judge Unworthy. Your average mana cost is around three, so Judge not only allows you to set up your card draw, but can potentially Lightning Bolt whatever tries to hit you once they get through your walls (or the first thing that tries to hit you if scepter is your first line of defense for the game). Not only that, but if they pay all that mana to get through your tithes just to swing with a giant creature, you have 4 chances to deal 7 damage to it, 2 chances to deal 6 damage to it, and on top of that you multiply by three because you get to scry first!
But that is just my opinion. I play mostly blue, so card draw is important to me. And also, I enjoy the thought of your opponent's face when they finally have enough mana to swing with a Elderscale Wurm or something huge, knowing you have no way to kill it because you have only tithes, and then out of freaking no where you deal 7 damage to it and kill it!
