906.3b If using the Partner mechanic, you may have two Oathbreakers. See rule 702.12

906.4a The signature spell may only be cast when its Oathbreaker is on the battlefield under its owner's control.

906.4b When using the Partner mechanic, each Oathbreaker will have its own Signature Spell. Each Signature Spell is limited to its Oathbreaker’s color identity.

So it looks like Onizuma's right. Each planeswalker has their own signature spell that must be in their individual color identity. The rest of the deck can use their combined color identities.

Onizuma It's not unreasonable to assume that a {R}{W}{B} planeswalker that can use Jirina Kudro will be printed at some point.

Jirina Kudro would be a pretty solid include here, her ability makes it so that you produce enough tokens to cover commander tax just by playing her, and she can be sacced herself, netting commander tax plus 2 mana worth of reduction.

If you want to add a third color, {U} offers the most options, but most of them are underwhelming. {G} and {B} have some interesting cards, but nothing that is an obvious shoo-in for Soldier tribal. {G} is better at ramp, and {B} is generally better at drawing and tutoring. Ultimately, I think this one comes down to taste. Dauntless Escort, General's Enforcer, and Lavinia, Azorius Renegade are all worth taking a look at.

As far as the commander goes, Saskia the Unyielding gets two extra colors, Jirina Kudro helps Humans as well, and you're either going to have to go specialty Guile, Sonic Soldier or Kynaios and Tiro of Meletis if you want {U} with all creatures being Soldiers.

How competitive do you want it? Who are you going to be playing with? I hate to say it, but $300 won't buy some individual cards for an optimized competitive EDH deck. Don't let that stop you, though; as long as you have fun and enjoy what you've created, it's a success, and $300 can get some good stuff.

This should help some folks be more inclined to help you. I for one have no idea what the name of most of the decks are, it is just the commander(s) that I care about. What I would highly recommend is if you know your general preferred play style let us know and we can start pointing you in one direction or another.

Also I would consider tribal decks if they play differently than ones I have experience with. My Adeliz is a Wizard deck, I have a Samurai deck now, and I’ve had vampires in the past.

One I was considering is Jirina Kudro humans.

How about the new pre cons? I like the look of the Jirina Kudro deck with a few upgrades.
