Inner-Flame Acolyte

Creature — Elemental Shaman

When Inner-Flame Acolyte enters the battlefield, target creature gets +2/+0 and gains haste until end of turn.

Evoke (You may play this spell for its evoke cost. If you do, it's sacrificed when it enters the battlefield.)

I'm not sure about vexing devil. If your opponent knows you got something up your sleeve with blink spells, they might just let it stay in which case the spell would do nothing. Also, if they do let the devil do damage to them twice, the rebound from ephemerate is wasted which is also not great.

Inner-Flame Acolyte might be okay, but is better if you have another creature on the board (since targeting itself the first etb does nothing). Abbot of Keral Keep is one of my favorite monored cards and I think it could work pretty well here, taking the place of Light Up the Stage for a burn deck's card draw slot.

Ingot Chewer should be in the board. Maybe Wispmare as well.

lagotripha ( Akroma, Angel of Fury has protection from white so you can't blink her.) Nevermind I see what you're doing here, that's nice. I would second this suggestion, although the second blink from Ephemerate does nothing here.

Avalanche Riders + Blood moon mainboard seems like a different type of deck (land destruction flicker), also 5 mana is pretty slow. If only Faultgrinder wasn't utter trash ;o_o

Suppression Field fucks up Thermo-Alchemist big time - it could work if Balaam__ decides to run Electrostatic Field instead (which also happens to not die to bolt).

Going to test out Inner-Flame Igniter, Inner-Flame Acolyte, Smokebraider, and Sunflare Shaman. Will update with results.

It's scary!

It seems like you've got almost everything you would normally want in a combo deck (I'm not a combo player at heart, just a dabbler so I could easily be wrong though!).

As a rule of thumb I would say 'if it's not one of my combo pieces, it has to help me get to my combo pieces' - ie 1) cheap rocks so you can keep paying for draw spells (even better if they are free mox types), 2) all the usual 'don't usually bother playing these in EDH' draw spells Ponder, Preordain, Brainstorm etc, 3) cheap counters to protect you going off definitely including Pact of Negation, and 4) 'Tutors'. You've got quite a lot of all of these...

To try to be faster?

You could go heavier on the digging by including more Cathartic Reunion effects to just dig dig dig.

Also in the Mana category you could use red 'Rituals' Seething Song, Infernal Plunge that Spellseeker who has done her job. Infinite mana? Basalt Monolith & Rings of Brighthearth but that's only colorless, there's always something with Palinchron but that might be too slow.

You also might as well put in Tolaria West, you might have plenty of draw but tutoring for Pact of Negation in desperate times is awesome!

Finally the only particularly odd inclusion I see straight off is Battle Rampart - any reason you're going with that over other things? If it was me I'd use something that can give old NivMiz haste the same turn;

Crimson Mage

Goblin Bushwhacker

Inner-Flame Acolyte

Doesn't have to be creature based - Expedite even replaces itself.

So yeah, a non-combo players take on what wants to be a tuned combo deck... Might not be a world of help but it was fun at least for me to give my perspective!

I like the changes- its looking a lot closer to those classic R/G zoo lists in funciton. Getting the consistant creature/lightning bolt hit on bloodbraid feels good even if hitting clan defiance is a bit awkward. Domri is cute card advantage- I like.

Ingot Chewer and Inner-Flame Acolyte are worth a look if you're running the whole bloodrush gameplan and find a way to consistantly use them being creatures over other card types. You might want Duskwatch Recruiter  Flip if you need more range, but I expect this to morph closer to the R/G haste archetype which doesn't really care about that.

A few Forgotten Cave for when you flood and maybe a Great Furnace or 2 to discard for Wrench Mind on the occasional wierd Mono-B control/discard deck also Fury Charm in sideboard could be good for artifact hate//dumping on chump blockers.. i also recommend dropping the land count a tad(maybe just to 20) and fit in possibly Inner-Flame Acolyte

I used to run this deck in the Lorwyn days. Elementals will always have a place in my heart, but the reason they have never been competitive is that any strategy with Flamekin Harbinger, Incandescent Soulstoke, and [insert changeling/elemental fatty here] is that it's too linear and you can see it coming from a mile away (Flamekin Harbinger puts it on your library, not into your hand). Sometimes you can get an opponent off guard the first time of game 1, but after that you need to change your strategy because It's so susceptible to removal.

Elementals need to go wide and use Incandescent Soulstoke as a lord to pump the crowd instead of fish out fatties that get removed.

I would cut down down on the following:

Flamekin Harbinger

Incandescent Soulstoke

Nova Chaser

Supreme Exemplar

And consider adding:

Flamekin Bladewhirl (better turn 1 aggro play than harbinger)

Flamekin Brawler (great mana sink for mid-late game Smokebraiders)

Inner-Flame Acolyte (cheap evoke to boost power)

Soulbright Flamekin (trample to your team and ramp)

Thunderblust (better option than nova chaser due to persist after you sac it from soulstoke)

Blades of Velis Vel (changeling/elemental spell to pump your team)

Upvote for Lorwyn. Best block ever!
