Enchantment — Aura

Enchant creature

Enchanted creature gets +2/-1.

When enchanted creature is put into a graveyard, choose a creature at random Infectious Rage can enchant. Return Infectious Rage to play attached to that creature.

You choose the permanents, then sacrifice them all at once, so Infectious Rage will trigger and it's ability will find it in the graveyard to return it to play.

If you're planning on using this interaction frequently, you should also note that you still control Infectious Rage if it's attached to an opponent's creature (probably by the random return), so you can sac it off of their creature as well as if it's on your side.

If I control Infectious Rage (enchanting say a Feral Maaka and cast Shimatsu the Bloodcloaked, sacrificing the maaka and the rage does Infectious Rage's ability still return it to the battlefied?

Captivating Glance seems like it'd be very good here, as the control effect continues to apply even after the glance moves to something else. Custody Battle works similarly. And Fractured Loyalty, which is particularly strong because you can target the enchanted creature with Ardenn's ability to get the creature, then later move fractured loyalty to something else with Ardenn's ability and repeat the process to gain multiple creatures over time.

These might interest you too: Captain's Hook (attach to opp's creature using Ardenn, then pass it along to keep destroying dudes), Assault Suit, Infectious Rage, Steam Vines, Shifting Shadow, Spirit Link, Aurelia, the Warleader, Spark Double, Copy Enchantment, Clever Impersonator

Some thoughts:

1) Infectious Rage is not modern legal.

2) you’re running a lot of auras, which are generally thought to be a bad game plan in magic - as when you’re creature gets killed you effectively lose a lot of cards to your opponents one killspell. You’re better off with more copies of quick damage like Brute Force .

3) 20 lands is waay too low considering you have 3, 4, and a 5-drop that needs casting. Try to use at least 22.

4) Modern is a fast format, and infect decks typically need to be even faster - i’m concerned that some of your higher-costing cards will be too slow to be useful. The game is likely going to already be mostly over before you get 4 lands down.

5) i don’t think running infect creatures alongside non-infect creatures is a good idea - it splits up your game plan, making it harder to win through infect because some of your dudes can’t deal the right damage type.
