Immolating Glare and Open the Armory are good cards. Investigate is really cool but have you thought about the servo or thopter option in the block? may speed things up?

I agree with the above comment; it's better to have fewer cards, but more copies of each of them than a lot of 1ofs. It makes your deck more consistent, and you get better cards more often.

A few cards that can definitely go are Terrarion (just not that good), Whirlermaker (too expensive/slow), Humble the Brute (there are much better removal spells), and Cathartic Reunion (not good in a deck that doesn't care about the graveyard).

So this definitely isn't wizard tribal anymore and Derevi isn't the general. I would use Roon as the general since you have a decent number of ETBs and he can also blink opponents' creatures. Also, for flavor purposes since this is a mystery deck and Roon is literally "of the Hidden Realm".

I would cut Darksteel Juggernaut because he doesn't let you decide to attack or keep him as a blocker and I typically don't like cards that have text that makes your decisions for you. Drownyard Explorers is not good enough for EDH. Master of Etherium isn't a good fit for the deck since you don't have a ton of artifact creatures unless you get the Tez ultimate thing going and he's almost $13 because of Affinity, save your money and play a more relevant card for the deck. Skyward Eye Prophets seems cool, especially if you can untap it a bunch, but most of the time I think you're going to be disappointed with it or it'll just get blown up in the next boardwipe. You need Archaeomancer and Mnemonic Wall for sure to help get more use out of your investigating and value non-perms. Humble the Brute is fun too but I don't think it's good enough and you should be able to investigate enough with other dudes. Do you really have all those expeditions? I think March of the Machines will end up being a dead card most of the time because you only want to play it after you've pumped you clues a bit. I'd add Marshal's Anthem for the anthem effect and the reanimation, Mirari's Wake and Mana Reflection for mana accel, Oracle of Mul Daya because it's the best, at least 3 board wipes like Wrath of God to stabilize the board since they won't hit your clues. Also, add Tamiyo, Field Researcher and Tamiyo, the Moon Sage for flavor and goodness reasons. Sun Titan is the only card I ever say is really an auto-include in white decks because it reanimates your little dudes or brings back things like fetch lands.

Instead of Kalastria Healer put in Pious Evangel  Flip? The healer works for allies, and you have more than allies here. Also, it flips to be essentially Zulaport Cutthroat, which is an awesome card.

Only 18 land? That's very, very brave. In fact, I only count 59 cards! I would go to at least 22 lands, and in a B/W scenario, include 4x Shambling Vent and 4x Caves of Koilos.

Humble the Brute is way too expensive for what it does-- Ruinous Path or maybe Ultimate Price. Sure, you get to investigate, but that doesn't help unless you have mana to spend, and fast decks like this rarely have that much mana not spent on trying to keep creatures on the battlefield!

Gideon's Reproach is good, but Grasp of Darkness is way, way better because the target doesn't have to be attacking or defending! You could clear a path for an attacking creature to make sure that the damage gets through. Much better card for the same mana cost.

Oblivion Strike is good, but Stasis Snare, Isolation Zone, and Quarantine Field are even better. Stasis Snare works on only creatures (like Oblivion Strike) but for 1 less mana and at INSTANT speed (which can be quite useful), while Isolation Zone is the same mana cost but can also snag enchantments, and Quarantine Field is the same (or more, if you want) mana cost but you can get any non-land permanent (planeswalkers, enchantments, creatures, etc...), and you can have multiple targets.

Hope Against Hope is fine, but you don't have that many humans, so it's better to just drop it and get some removal in the deck (e.g., Grasp of Darkness, Dead Weight).

Check out my decks to see if they might give you some ideas: B/W Ally life gain/drain, B/W Token generating machine, or possibly even Aggro Humans Ramp Deck
