Cut some some lands for mana rocks like Sol Ring, Caged Sun, Dreamstone Hedron, Hedron Archive and Mind Stone, for example.

You can optimize your sac effects with Butcher of Malakir, Dictate of Erebos and Grave Pact. Viscera Seer can help you filter your draws and Blood Artist/Zulaport Cutthroat fit in the sac effects bag as well. Also, a Phyrexian Arena is never bad in mono-black.

I would cut Dark Ritual for a removal and Duress for Banshee of the Dread Choir, Hollow Specter, Hypnotic Specter or Scythe Specter.

That's pretty awesome actually. Fortunately I already had Cunning Lethemancer and Sire Of Insanity in the deck, but I didn't even know about Quest for the Nihil Stone, Hollow Specter or Pain Magnification. I knew about Megrim but Megrim + Sire Of Insanity didn't click in my head until I saw that. that's definitely going in. Thanks a lot!
