Just added in 4x Collective Effort and 2x Herald of the Fair to the MB. I also added in 2x Authority of the Consuls to boost it up to 4 in the SB. Any ideas or suggestions, feel free to let me know.

In my opinion, you definitely want more creatures - at least 13. I think lack of creatures would be the biggest issue with this deck. Veteran Motorist, Glint-Sleeve Artisan and Aviary Mechanic are good candidates. As is Iron League Steed and Accomplished Automaton together with Chief of the Foundry. Spireside Infiltrator, Ninth Bridge Patrol and Herald of the Fair are OK if you need filler. Welding Sparks is really good; i'd play that too.
To do that I'd remove Renegade Tactics, Cogworker's Puzzleknot, Inventor's Goggles, Pressure Point, Giant Spectacle and a Sky Skiff.
