Thanks for the feedback Suffer. I really like your suggestions of Charming Prince and Spellseeker . I think i'm going to switch out 2 of my creatures for those 2. As for Archon of Valor's Reach and Gulf Squid , I think, while powerful, are not the direction I want to take.

This is a very focused and streamlined tempo list. Only one card sticks out as weak: Wall of Blossoms. My suggestions for an upgrade would be: Charming Prince , Spellseeker , Archon of Valor's Reach or Gulf Squid .

Nice, flicker is fun. I play a UW Flicker deck with Sunscape Familiar and Compulsive Research and stuff. I'm of the opinion that Momentary Blink has to be better than Acrobatic Maneuver, but that's just me. Getting to recast it for extra value is better than the single card drawn every day of the week, and it's 1 less mana for the initial cast.
Part of me doesn't want to divulge one of my secrets, but another part of me kinda does... Gulf Squid is incredible. With blink effects behind it you just get to completely tap them down on their upkeep, which is usually either a Silence at worst or a Time Walk at best. Paired with Ghostly Flicker and Mnemonic Wall, they never get to use their lands again except on their upkeep. Fun stuff.

My friend runs a deck similar to this with Thassa, God of the Sea as his commander, and it's fun. +1 Nice build!

You'll be surprised how fast spine will come out with blink decks since I used to use brago and blink decks
atm Ixidron is not needed I would use Resolute Archangel to make yourself semi-immortal
replace Pristine Talisman with Mana Web
there's this card I'm testing in my yuriko fairy (dark brago) deck it's called Gulf Squid
but so far it's looks fine. When I update my brago blink and yuriko bounce deck I'll let you know if I see something else :)

In my old game club, a lot of us ended up with cards that defined our decks, even if those decks were awful.
I was the Grazing Gladehart guy.
Ryan was the Psychosis Crawler guy.
Drew was the Gulf Squid guy.
Austin was the Nimbus Wings guy.
And my teacher, Mr. Flesher, was the Glittering Lynx guy.

If you could find a spot to fit in red, Lust for War could be good. Especially if you put it an Seizures on the same creature. Also Tectonic Instability. War's Toll is also of note, but possibly a bit expensive, since your description makes the low cost seem pretty important.
Mana Short or Gulf Squid could also be handy. Gulf Squid isn't as evasive as your other creatures, but it's meant as a tap effect, so you can cut a non-creature spell for it.
