Is this a budget deck? If so, ignore most of what I say. If this is competitive, I have some suggestions.

Regulate your cards. You have a lot of 1-2 ofs, and a lot of cards that don't fit with your theme. Take out Aggressive Mammoth , and probably Bloom Hulk since he's a little under-powered (same with Outmuscle ). God-Eternal Rhonas also doesn't fit your theme, and neither do Nissa's Triumph , or Circuitous Route or Gingerbread Cabin or Growth Cycle or Season of Growth .

You need more power. You just need cards that are effective and can win you the game. Consider adding blue or white (or both) so you have more selection; some of the highest-power cards for this archetype are found in G/U or G/W colors. If you're staying in mono-green, add some more Yorvo, Lord of Garenbrig s, replace Vivien, Nature's Avenger for Vivien, Arkbow Ranger , drop Evolving Wilds for Fabled Passage , Incubation Druid can replace all the ramp we've been taking out, Voracious Hydra has value coming out the ears, even with all its heads, Pelt Collector is good, and Stonecoil Serpent is just good. Nissa, Who Shakes the World is great too. Those are all ideas; take what you want and leave the rest.

Interaction is needed. Because we're taking out Outmuscle , we've got almost nothing to interact with the board spell-wise. And here's where my advice becomes unhelpful. This archetype in mono-green really just doesn't have any good interaction besides Voracious Hydra . You need to splash white or blue to get some removal or bounce or anything. All green has is fight.
Again, if this is just casual and you don't care about spending $100-200 on a deck to make it competitive, ignore most of what I just said.

Typically the cards that will easily never see EDH play are the cards that summon more copies of itself or get better as duplicates are played ( Undead Servant , Goblin Gathering , Growth Cycle , or that white soldier creature that searches for more copies of itself) or have to do with "same name" effects (so Circu, Dimir Lobotomist and Dragonlord Kolaghan will never be anyone's commander). Here's my submission:

For each nontoken, nonlegendary creature you control on the battlefield, you may search your library for another card of the same name and put it into your hand. Shuffle your library afterward. Then, you lose 1 life for each card in your hand.
Exile Rakdos Roll Call as it resolves.
If you hear your name called, it's best not to answer.

Have you considered Growth Cycle instead of arcanist? It's good with feather on the board and can give additional value for those times where you don't have her out.

Cool Deck! I really like the synergy with Gnarlback Rhino and Growth Cycle . Have you put any thought into Nissa, Who Shakes the World ? She might help cast huge Hydras in the late game.
It may not make the cut for budget, but maybe it can help!

Or instead of Llanowar Elves , you could try Arboreal Grazer . You can also try Growth Cycle .

Have you seen the other interesting new green spoils? This set's just getting started and already they've spoiled some BOMBS. WOTC has been doing a great job getting players hyped by raising the power level and with much-needed reprints, etc (ie. Goblin Ringleader is now in m20 and modern legal, just as modern goblins is already looking like a tier1 deck....they give it the main missing-link from legacy goblins that everyone was afraid of - or dying for). Oh yea, and ALL the leylines are in M20! Hurray! "Protection from" is now back "on a probationary status", lol.
Season of Growth, Growth Cycle , and Veil of Summer are all quite interesting. Maybe not quite what we're looking for, but they all COULD fit in the deck. Loaming Shaman seems like a cool card for graveyard hate. Like Collector Ouphe , if the/your meta get out of control with graveyard stuff or artifact stuff you could even maindeck those guys, haha. Could. :)
