, Discard two cards: Return Ghoulsteed from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.

I suggest you play Haunted Dead over Ghoulsteed. It does the same thing mechanically for less mana and puts the same amount of power on board, but it's more evasive and can chump block really well.

Caerwyn that seems... pretty broken? You could definitely just make a lot of tokens and bring your dudes back eternally. Also, are you sure this isn't speculation? Idk, I suppose I see the argument either way.

Funkydiscogod, Ghoulsteed 's ability is dece, but what does it doing flavorfully?

I haven't liked Sanitarium Skeleton and would recommend an enabler like Ghoulsteed in it's place. I'd also main 1 or 2 Collective Brutality.

Okay, let's get you a kick ass deck

So because it's a zombie deck, I would make it tribal and take out Thraben Foulbloods, Sanitarium Skeleton, Dukhara Scavenger, Mindwrack Demon and Corpse Hauler. They don't get benefits of zombie lords and can be replaced to make your deck run smoother.

Lucky for Zombies, there are some boss zombie lords that will make your walkers into a nightmare to deal with. Diregraf Captain, Undead Warchief, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed, Cemetery Reaper, Gravecrawler, Liliana, the Last Hope, Lord of the Undead, and maybe Relentless Dead are all thorns in your opponent's side.

You've got a lot of commons/uncommon creatures that cost 5+ mana that aren't really doing you too much good. Lamplighter of Selhoff, Ghoulsteed, and Gravedigger can all be replaced with a cheaper Ghoulcaller's Chant, Raise Dead or Disentomb.

For your lands, things are looking pretty good. Dual lands can be insainly expensive, and that's your choice to spend what you want, but I would replace Submerged Boneyard with Jwar Isle Refuge because who doesn't like gaining life? Also, I would get rid of Blighted Cataract, because 6 mana for 2 cards is probably better off being replaced with something that doesn't use your entire turn.

For enchantments, I think Aspect of Gorgon is better replaced with Ring of Xathrid. Grave Betrayal would work great with some more removal, and Call to the Grave has become super. I would replace Lunar Force with Counterspell or Dissolve- Better to choose what you want to go through rather than have it be random.

For sorceries- lookin' good. From Under the Floorboards is great and also my personal favorite of Army of the Damned is funny to watch.

Artifacts- In commander, there are some artifacts that are staples, such as Sol Ring, Crawlspace, and Jet Medallion.

I would also add a Tome Scour in so you can mill yourself and work with your commander.

I know if feels like I'm building a deck for you and completely remodeling but I think that with these changes, you can really pull off some great gameplay at the EDH table. Good luck!

Cool deck, I love the concept. I have a similar deck, B/G Delirium-ish, and I think that you could definitely run Grim Flayer and Mindwrack Demon as both self-mill cards and powerful creatures. I'd consider cutting Noose Constrictor and Ghoulsteed. Please take a look at my deck and +1 from me!

People I see playing reanimator decks nowadays usually include Voldaren Pariah  Flip for her removal-ability (which is risky, but good overall). The madness cost makes it even better in this kind of deck, although it might be of some inconvenience with your current mana-base.

I would suggest try replace all your Ghoulsteeds with her (as you already have 8 additional double-discard reanimators), maybe add another one in place of something.

Firstly, organizing by set really isn't helping anyone.

But to get to the meat and potatoes of the deck, you have one way for From Under the Floorboards to give more than three zombies, none of which come back from the grave. If you want to go the tokens route, I'd stick with Mono Black and include maybe Gisa's Bidding and Risen Executioner for tokens and token pump. Ghoulsteed is a pretty weak discard outlet, but he's also a zombie, which might be useful.

If you want to go the reanimator route, I would drop From Under the Floorboards and include Fleshbag Marauder. If you can get Gisa and Geralf in play, then you have an Edict effect every turn, clearing out some ramp strategies.
