Now, to the deck!
It looks good, but there is something that I think you should keep on mind. Usually this kind of decks runs out of gas very very quickly. The way to solve that out is by “card draw” spells, of those you have none. I suggest any combination of:
- I would replace Gate Colossus , because although it is a good creature with good synergy with the gates, it is very slow. You need speed and control on this deck to get the most of it. What about Crackling Drake – Enigma Drake – Arclight Phoenix in this slot?
- I would replace Pteramander for Guttersnipe or maybe more burn spells like Skewer the Critics .

Don't be afraid to put more than one copy of a good card(Namely Karn, Scion of Urza who is you win condition). Mind Rot Should definitely be taken out as it isn't a very good card in the first place and does nothing for your deck. Drill Bit could be replaced with Duress . Also I'd definitely switch Thought Collapse for more Sinister Sabotage as it fits your deck way more. Gate Colossus will also 9 out of 10 times be a 6 or 7 mana 8/8 so not great value, maybe add another surveiler instead.
