Creature — Elf
When Gamekeeper dies, you may exile it. If you do, reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal a creature card. Put that card onto the battlefield and put all other cards revealed this way into your graveyard.

I've made some changes:
And the deck goes better. Sometimes I don't need to cast Commander because the deck works all alone like a mana ramp deck for big spells who can break game for their own.Leave some comments or suggestions for the deck. I'd like to add a Baral's Expertise or Rishkar's Expertise but I don't know how to remove

Trick creatures into play:
Animal Magnetism, Aid from the Cowl, Briarbridge Patrol, Call of the Wild, Defense of the Heart, Gamekeeper, Foster, Hibernation's End, Lure of Prey, Lurking Predators, Oath of Druids, Reincarnation, Rishkar's Expertise, Selvala's Stampede, Zoologist and Wild Pair

Hey there, I have a few suggestions:
Phyrexian Reclamation to replace/supplement Vampiric Rites. Why get a random card from your deck when you can get exactly what you need from your graveyard? Other interesting card draw/tutor/recycle cards for you to consider are Survival of the Fittest, Oversold Cemetery (very good for you, I think!), Fauna Shaman, and Evolutionary Leap.
Cards that care about how many creatures are in your graveyard or all graveyards, such as Golgari Grave-Troll, Nighthowler, Lord of Extinction (counts all cards), and especially Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, who is also a sacrifice outlet AND has built-in recursion.
Eternal Witness, which is a really great card in pretty much any green deck.

You know what ability separates humans from animals?
Let's use the power of IMAGINATION to playtest this deck.
Turn Four: I finally can cast Madcap Experiment! > Someone counters it. > Scoop.
Turn X(2-4): [Rite of Flame]x(1-4) + Luck > Madcap Experiment > Countered. > Scoop and cry.
Turn X: The opponent plays discard and you lose Madcap Experiment > Scoop.
Now let's use imagination to imagine your face in these scenarios!
Your face when you realize this deck is basically just a crappier version of a Gamekeeper Deck.
Your face when you realize this deck is basically your deck: Aaand You're Done Playing, but awful and less versatile. (4x Faithless Looting, 4x Gitaxian Probe, 4x Gamble, 4x Fling, + Platinum Emperion...) (YOU COULDN'T FIND ANOTHER MORE INTERESTING DECK TO MAKE THAN THIS TURN FOUR EASILY COUNTERABLE REANIMATE DECK?)
Trash this and get back to the lab.

Hey bud, The deck overall looks fairly fun to pilot, but i think it may run into some small issues. The "Tap" Theme is always one i have been super interested in. In fact, I have built a hand full of tap decks myself. I think your issue is, neither of you generals tap themselves. Therefore more slots need to be dedicated to finding the true commander of your deck Priest of Titania, Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, Wirewood Channeler, and Elvish Archdruid. You might have enough redundancy to find at least 1-2 per game, but if you lose one or unfortunately don't draw one, you might have a few dead cards in hand. I think with the heavy investment in tap, you should either consider creature tutors, or big draw (which has synergism with your mana).
Regardless what you do, i am sure it will be awesome though!
