As stated, can someone clarify: if i have both of those cards in play, when an opponent plays a creature card, do I create and keep two token copies of it? Or is it applied sequentially and the latter copy destroys the first due to the text rules of Faerie Artisans? If it's the latter case, it will it still apply two ETB effect for cards like Gala Greeters (also proc'd twice by Delney, Streetwise Lookout, right?

Phule451 this is what I've done to the deck now which includes your suggestions:
Timber Paladin > Gala Greeters
Timely Ward > Gallant Pie-Wielder
Angelic Destiny > Lady of Laughter
Starfield Mystic > Grand Crescendo
Idol of Oblivion > Sterling Grove
Please let me know what you think and if you have anymore suggestions to make this deck a great show

Switched up the land base a touch to make room for Hall of Heliod's Generosity and Volatile Fault. Took out a few cards to make room for more/better ramp so now we have Thought Vessel, Gala Greeters, and Wood Elves. Found room for Esper Sentinel as we need more recurring card draw to enable effects like Minn, Wily Illusionist and Ethereal Investigator. We probably still want more ramp, but I'll see how it runs as is while I still look for a spot for Bronzebeak Foragers.

I would recommend adding Counters to the hubs. You could use Wildwood Scourge since it can get counters pretty easily from your other creatures. Gala Greeters would also flow nicely with it's ability to gain you life, ramp with treasure tokens or put counters on itself. This is a maybe but you could use Duskshell Crawler or Gnarlid Colony for it's ability to make creatures with counters have trample. Also, with what Dead_Blue_ recommended, Old-Growth Troll it's pretty good value, ramping after death then the ability to come back as a token of itself. Last thing, I would recommend using Tribute to the World Tree but it's a little pricey for the budget. It can provide card draw from the bigger creatures and more counters from the smaller ones.

I'd recommend cutting most of your scry synergies, as it doesn't really work in the deck. I would put in Gala Greeters, card draw like Guardian Project, and big token generation like Hornet Queen, Awaken the Woods, and Finale of Glory to trigger your commander. Wose Pathfinder is fine, but I personally prefer Arbor Elf or Elvish Mystic in my mana dork slot.
Love the deck!

BotaNickill Hello! then i'm waiting to see your deck and take inspiration :P By the way I thought of Bramblewood Paragon as the main +1+1 engine and it works only for warriors. Gala Greeters would've been a perfect addiction but sadly its a druid . Maybe I can try it out instead of Wren's Run Vanquisher because the card is really good for this idea... What do you think?

Hello! I'm working on an elf deck right now as well. +1 from me! I'm testing it with a playset of Gala Greeters it pairs well with the Hardened Scales. Good luck to you!

Some thoughts:
-
Gala Greeters doesn't really do much at all for you here, and there's probably better options to run instead of it. Personally I'd remove it for some kind of mana dork - which would then let you probably go down to ~21-22 lands.
-
I would suggest running something like Eladamri's Call to help get your combo started. At the moment you are very reliant on drawing Scurry Oak but you have no real way to actually reliably draw it.
-
You probably want some kind of interaction to stop your opponent from winning before you get your engine running.
