Enchantment
As Energy Vortex enters the battlefield, choose an opponent.
At the beginning of your upkeep, remove all energy counters from Energy Vortex.
At the beginning of the chosen player's upkeep, Energy Vortex deals 3 damage to that player unless he or she pays (1) for each energy counter on Energy Vortex.
(X): Put X energy counters on Energy Vortex. Play this ability only during your upkeep.

Some cards for your consideration:
- Waker of the Wilds - Good for Landfall deck.
- War Tax - Was thinking about combo with Prophet of Kruphix
- Death's Presence - Combo with tokens deaths from Rampaging Baloths + Infect (if we decide to go that route.
- Energy Vortex - Was thinking about combo with Prophet of Kruphix

Funny you should mention these two cards, as Meekstone was the card that won one of the games for me when I played this deck, together with the Energy Vortex. It seems odd to switch them out now, maybe you have other suggestions? I know that it's fine to swap an Island for The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale, but it's very hard for me to judge what other cards are important due to lack of experience with the deck.

I would take out a couple of things. Meekstone and Energy Vortex are two that would be on the chopping block for any of those 4 cards.
As for the color situation, I find it doesn't matter since Mycosynth Lattice fixes that problem pretty quick. That along with As Foretold I can cast pretty much what ever I want.
If Color is an issue, I could always switch out some of the rocks with Gilded Lotus and Coldsteel Heart if it under performs in that regard.
But since the deck is at least 25+ % artifacts, the colorless angle shouldn't be too much of a hindrance to take a turn off until the lands come back in. Chances are that if you are in that of scenario, either you are already ahead on board so its pretty safe to take the turn off or you are going to lose in a slow and grindy game as your opponents try desperately to kill you through the taxes and land destruction.
