Duplicity

Enchantment

When Duplicity enters the battlefield, remove the top five cards of your library from the game face down.

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may remove your hand from the game face down. If you do, put into your hand all other cards you own removed from the game with Duplicity.

At the end of your turn, discard a card.

When you lose control of Duplicity, put all cards removed from the game with Duplicity into their owners' graveyards.

VampDemigod on Sleighs & Gifts Needed

A few cards that haven’t been mentioned yet, and that are relatively budget: Nine Lives Forbidden Crypt Immortal Coil Nefarious Lich Abyssal Persecutor works as a great insurance policy when it’s in the other side of the battlefield, as well as protecting yourself and stopping the opponent from using “win the game” cards. Soul Echo is pretty nice, it only requires a gift effect. Transcendence is similar, but can’t be cast when you’re above 19 life. Stunning Reversal can help save you if you can’t give one of your self-harm spells to your opponent. It’s also a great way to save yourself. Exquisite Archangel works similarly. Demonic Pact Curse of Vengeance gives you a nice boost when you eliminate a player. Shauku, Endbringer is a slower self-harm, which can be used on your side too. If you want, you can also use a Pacifism effect on it and give it to an opponent.

Duplicity is a great card for more co-op builds.

avedium on Jace, Self Milling Master (Oathbreaker)

Take a look at Traumatize , Fact or Fiction , Jace, Memory Adept , Fraying Sanity , Increasing Confusion , Bond of Insight , Duplicity and maybe Fleet Swallower .

Some nice combos with Tunnel Vision are Conjurer's Bauble and Canal Dredger . I believe you can ignore the drafting rules text (especially if you're playing casually).

Looking at some random cards on the database I saw Disciple of the Ring . Could be fun.

Those are all possibilities. I'm not particularly knowledgeable about self-mill.

Also, and I know many would disagree with this, but I have a soft spot for Fog Bank .
