Instead, for bodies I've decided to use alot of draw in the form of Arcanis the Omnipotent, Azami, Lady of Scrolls, Kefnet the Mindful and to make up for the major loss in disruption (somewhat) Tidespout Tyrant. Commander's Sphere is slightly slower but makes a fine rock that comes in untapped and Gridlock and Aqueous Form to keep a consistent Instant and Enchantment count while still getting the job done. After a few test hands it seems to work out, so I'm looking forward to subbing them in when necessary even after i get the correct cards.
Sorry for the long comment, as it was mostly for me. I'm pretty new around here, but I think the draw creatures at least could be useful and potentially make room for other switches.

Considering the majority of the cards are already flying, do you really need Dragon Wings and Flight and the likes? You can throw in Wonder instead to give everything Flying or Archetype of Imagination, but I still feel it's not needed.You could go with an anthem card like Favorable Winds and Gravitational Shift
I highly suggest to keep your counterspells or bounce cards for Sandwurm Convergence if you know someone is playing it :p It will completely shut you down.

Runechanter's Pike is good and goes along with Grafted Exoskeleton as sweet voltron win cons, but with my commander already representing a 3 turn clock, I decided against these in favor of evasion effects like Dragon Wings and Whispersilk Cloak. Also, it doesn't synergize super well with my favorite alternate win con Metallurgic Summonings.
Laboratory Maniac I can't be bothered with because he is too much of a build around. Jace's Archivist, Windfall and the like act more as support for him than they do for Nezahal, Primal Tide. I think a lab man build is fine and an awesome blue mage way to win, but this deck is for Nezahal and I use Memory to actually restock my library if it is getting thin in the late game.

Hey, Thanks for putting this together - it's given me a few ideas on what to do with my own Nezahal, Primal Tide. How have you found Homarid Spawning Bed? It looks like an interesting card to me, but I'm not clear on when is the optimum time to use it's ability. At opponent end step to give you a go wide win or simply saved as a response to removal on your big fatties, or what? Also, I'd make one small suggestion for the super synergy, not super OP effect, which is Dragon Wings.

IT does already have flying so Dragon Wings , even if they are for free, are not relevant

Dragon Wings are tech with Tromo. Cycle for a card, then it recurs when you cast your commander.

My fav piece of tech with this Commander is the odd little enchantment Dragon Wings. Cycle it for a card, then play your commander for instant evasion.
Also feel you're running 5-7 too few lands.
