Down / Dirty
Sorcery
Down:
Target player discards two cards.
Dirty:
Return target card from your graveyard to your hand.
Fuse (You may cast one or both halves of this card from your hand.)

Just realized you don't have a way to retrieve Hedron Alignment from the graveyard if it gets Thoughtseize'd (or Inquisition of Kozilek etc) from your hand or destroyed on the battlefield. Perhaps fill that Silence slot with Down / Dirty. You'd need to replace a land with an Overgrown Tomb so you can cast the Dirty portion. As a plus, Down also resolves the issue of drawing 3 copies of Hedron Alignment. (4 copies, though probably so rare to occur you might never see it, is still a problem though since your only exile mechanic comes from the library) Regardless it might be worth considering adding at least a one of, of Erase also.

Not sure this is the right place for this but...
Split cards like Driven / Despair or Down / Dirty don't have prices prices linked to them.
This particularly affects budget deck.

So anyways, has anyone else seen MTGGoldfish's video about using Yahenni's Expertise and Brain in a Jar to cheat out Beck / Call and Boom/Bust in modern? I'm thinking other split cards that might work well also include the following:
Thoughts?

Etherium-Horn Sorcerer and Shardless Agent are also other cascade creatures. If you're looking for more grave recursion, there is Treasured Find, Regrowth and Down / Dirty. I think what you need for the deck are haste enablers such as Hall of the Bandit Lord, Hanweir Battlements, Swiftfoot Boots and Lightning Greaves so you can attack with your commander when you first cast him.
Hope these suggestions help!

Oh I totally overlooked that Assault/Battery doesn't actually say fuse! That defiantly changes things. I hear what you're saying about Down / Dirty but I really do like the flavor. I love this build and I really hope to see some pros pilot it some day.

Alive/well is the better card because it has fuse. The life gain is also a nice way to follow up a beck/call to really put the game away. Also, the real power of hymn to tourach is that the cards are random so they can mess with your opponents plans. I would probably play Supply/Demand before Down / Dirty if I was looking for more selection of spells

Is it just me or is Assault/Battery strictly better than Alive / Well? They have similar effects but one deals damage and the other gains life. Also what do people think of Down / Dirty? It feels like an Eternal Witness effect without a body to let you recur other fuse spells or removal spells as well as a Hymn to Tourach.

For now, let's talk cards to cut.
- Golgari Rot Farm and the rest of the Karoos. Be careful about running these. The moment you see a Ghost Quarter or its better variants, these lands become shit.
- Myriad Landscape ETBT and taps for colorless. The ramp option isn't worth it in this case.
- Temple of the False God. Never been a fan of this card. Drawing into it early makes it dead in hand. Not to mention effects like Tectonic Edge can be used to effectively 2-for-1 your lands occasionally with this thing out. It hurts.
- Fog is pretty meh in commander. It's good if your meta consists of a ton of creature decks that work up alpha strikes with something like Craterhoof Behemoth. Otherwise it's pretty lackluster.
- Burnished Hart. Yer playing green, man. What are yer doin?
- Artisan of Kozilek because Eternal Witness and Regrowth exist.
- Crypt Ghast is nice when you combo with urborg, but it's meh outside of that. I'd much rather ramp two lands.
- Lord of the Void, Rakdos, Lord of Riots, and Ryusei, the Falling Star are all pretty lackluster. Is there a reason you're running these?
- Scute Mob avoid running creatures in EDH that do nothing outside of being a body.
- Down / Dirty is kinda mediocre recursion.
- Fearsome Awakening because cheaper reanimate exists. Two counters isn't worth it.
- Increasing Ambition is slow and expensive.
- Nissa's Renewal. No. Just no.
- Ashes of the Fallen. There's no reason for you to run this card. The value it offers you is marginal.
- Chromatic Lantern and Commander's Sphere are three mana rocks. We don't like those.
- Anthem of Rakdos is terrible without hellbent and you should NEVER have 0 cards in hand in EDH.
- Dragon Roost is far too slow.
- Gratuitous Violence, Palace Siege, and Upwelling are either win-more or unnecessary.
- The Chain Veil and all of your walkers. As a general rule of thumb, walkers are rather mediocre in EDH. They cost more than the value you get from them the turn they come out (with the exception of Ugin). They need time to generate value and that's a luxury in edh.
