well somehow my comment broke. that sucks. Recommend to remove: Voltaic Servant Sprite Noble Empyrean Eagle Golem's Heart Cathedral Membrane Heraldic Banner Journeyer's Kite One of the things you have that makes things enter tapped. Maybe. And some lands.

Highly recommended: buffs creatures Reconnaissance Path of Bravery Makes stuff cost less Semblance Anvil Etherium Sculptor Recursion Dance of the Manse Stall Standstill

So after looking at it real quick, here are lists of lists:

Things I would definitely take out: Show

Voltaic Servant

Voltaic Servant I don't really see much benefit for him to be here.

Empyrean Eagle

Empyrean Eagle If you can get this effect in something other than a creature, suggestions below, it would be better.

Sprite Noble

Sprite Noble Same as above, but this card is weaker than the eagle.

Golem's Heart

Golem's Heart A card that only gains you life is never very good. Suggested replacement also below.

Heraldic Banner

Heraldic Banner There is better ramp for this deck, and better buffs.

Journeyer's Kite

Journeyer's Kite Its too slow. You should definitely be drawing lands with 38 of them.

Cathedral Membrane

Cathedral Membrane Is a 1 drop(ish) but is overall a meh card.

Ugin, the ineffable

Ugin, the Ineffable He's mana expensive.

Kismet

Kismet nothing wrong with the card, but you do have 3 cards that do this. If you realy like this effect i would consider taking out either Icy Manipulator or Scepter of Dominance .

Hurkyl's Recall

Hurkyl's Recall Rebuild I don't know how much use these are really getting you. They would be great if you had a bunch of little artifacts(cmc<=2). This suggestion can be ignored, see cost reducers.

I still think you could have far fewer lands. idk whats going on with that.

Etherium Sculptor This guy is reasonably costed and isn't a 1/1. 0.20

Helm of Awakening

Helm of Awakening Still a drop, all colourless, the h isn't capital for some reason, and doesnt have a creature body that dies to board wipes. Downside that it works on everybody's spells. 4.50

Jhoira's Familiar

Jhoira's Familiar A tad pricier, but is a 2/2 flier taht also makes your commander and saga(?) cost less. 0.30

Semblance Anvil

Semblance Anvil A drop, does cost you a card, but has the potential to make multiple card types of yours cheaper. A really great card. 3.85

Foundry Inspector

Foundry Inspector He's actually a 3/2 for some reason. Costs , has a good body. 0.50

Immortal Sun

The Immortal Sun So this card does everything you want a card in your deck to do. Its just too expensive. 12.00

The Why Show

Cost reducers like this are amazing. The cheap ones let you play out the more expensive ones (the highest cost is still ) for less or nothing as well. The reason you could ignore my suggestion to remove Hurkyl's Recall and Rebuild for this is because these cost reducers would let you snowball back into your full board probably without issue. If done at the right time, you might even net mana. Spells for free are OP~

Draw

Really there isnt too much to add on this point? I'll be sending you Sensei's Divining Top , a Slate of Ancestry would probably benefit you.

Removal

There isn't much removal here. you tend to just make things happen slowly so there is less need to remove, or to make things ineffective by tapping it down it seems. There is good removal in your colors tho, so i would look at the cards like Anguished Unmaking , Angelic Purge . You have some enchant creatures that make them pretty much unusable, but harder removal like Banishing Light or Cast Out would probably be good. I know I told you that you didn't need Meteor Golem but I disagree with me.

Anthems

What? Why? Show

Anthems are cards that buff your whole field named after Glorious Anthem . Why? So this is a much larger list than the number of these you should add/have. I think that you should definitely add Reconnaissance . Then maybe pick another 1-2. My next highest recommendation would be for Spear of Heliod , because cards that do more things are better.

Leonin Sun Standard

Leonin Sun Standard Its nice that its cheap to deploy, and offers the option to buff for a lot. 0.37

Obelisk of Urd

Obelisk of Urd Is narrower by only buffing faeries, but gives +2/+2, and has convoke so it can be pretty cheap. 2.75

Path of Bravery

Path of Bravery Can anthem pretty easily, but has the added benefit of what is probably pretty strong life-gain. 0.20

Spear of Heliod

Spear of Heliod and anthem with the added benefit of removal. 0.85

Veilstone Amulet

Veilstone Amulet Here mostly because I thought this card looked pretty interesting. Could be useful. 3.50

Reconnaissance

Reconnaissance This card is amazing in stratifies that rely on attacking. Creatures that have already dealt damage are still considered attacking, so this gives you're creatures vigilance. You can also remove your creature from combat if its blocked so that it won't take/deal damage from combat. This means that you can sing into the enemies with impunity.

Dance of the Manse This card seems to do what you want it to. You say that people don't seem to kill you're things tho, so I can't answer that question. 0.40

Diversionary Tactics

Diversionary Tactics You like tapping creatures right? Now you can do it more. 0.20

Suppression Field

Suppression Field Seems good. Very rude. Much not activating anything. Wow. 1.25

Hey, your deck is a lot like mine, but more token focused. So for that I might suggest... Diversionary Tactics, Devout Invocation, Earthcraft, Glare of Subdual, Nullmage Shepherd, Presence of Gond, maybe Selesnya Evangel, Sprout Swarm, and Stonybrook Schoolmaster.

No Craterhoof Behemoth, Triumph of the Hordes and why Diversionary Tactics and not Glare of Subdual? I mean, yeah, I saw the deck in action and really loved it, but I think those cards are missing.

Entrei Because it's moronic to play CARD A for the sole reason that it is good with CARD B (when CARD A is terrible without CARD B), unless you have enough copies of cards that can substitute for CARD B. If you play Ivorytusk Fortress because it works with Cryptolith Rite, but no other cards that either have or grant tap abilities, you're going to end up with your elephant doing nothing most games. However, if you play Ivorytusk Fortress with Rishkar, Peema Renegade, Earthcraft, Glare of Subdual, Cryptolith Rites, Diversionary Tactics, Nullmage Shepherd, Symbiotic Deployment, Field Surgeon, Selesnya Evangel, and Sandsower, your elephant is probably going to be useful in most games where you draw it.

Note: I don't recommend playing some of those cards. Sandsower seems terrible without an absurd number of creatures, at which point you should be playing Collective Blessing instead.

Diversionary Tactics and Gaze of Justice might be desireable, as you want to be able to tap your general, and you will want tokens around to crew your vehicles.
