This deck seems fun to play, because new opponents will hate you, since banding is known as a very complicated mechanic. Admitably its not as bad as its rumored to be.
Couldn't soulbonds be cool for this deck? Adds an other layer of teaming up, almost like a double-band. Silverblade Paladin seemed like the best one, as it does not pump the power, so you still get the flanking thing form Sidar Kondo. But Wolfir Silverheart, Nightshade Peddler, Diregraf Escort and Nearheath Pilgrim all seem fun if you really like the idea.
Ofc, this does not exactly fit your old cards theme, but it's a cool addition to the banding mechanic.
