At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice Cosmic Larva unless you sacrifice two lands.
Cosmic Larva Discussion

I see a lot of fun potential in this deck. I think you should definitely run Simian Spirit Guide as the additional mana means you may be able to drop Sarkhan's Unsealing early. This is important as the mana cost f your other creatures means that by turn 4-5 with Simians you may be able to drop 2 creatures and hit the opponent for 8+ damage. I would also put Bloodthorn Taunter in the deck, as having haste on Inferno Hellion and Cosmic Larva has the potential to do a lot of damage in one turn. I may include Leyline of Punishment and possibly Insult / Injury instead of Crater's Claws in the sideboard Is there a specific reason you use Fling over Thud ? Thud is at sorcery speed but very few of your creatures live to your next turn so you may as well drop them and attack then thud for double damage.
I hope I didn't rip your deck to shred... btw I love the idea of the deck

It seems like this commander would do well with high power/low durability/downside cards like Phyrexian Dreadnought, Arc Runner, Ball Lightning, Blistering Firecat, Impetuous Devils, Crumbling Colossus, Blistering Barrier, Bloodmad Vampire, Cosmic Larva, Keldon Vandals, Lavacore Elemental, Loxodon Peacekeeper, Mijae Djinn, Okk, Phyrexian Soulgorger, Wall of Razors, Wall of Torches, Inferno Hellion, Iroas, God of Victory, Spark Trooper, Thunderblust, Traxos, Scourge of Kroog, Volcano Hellion, etc, etc. Cast creature -> attack in (if possible) -> sacrifice if it won't do damage/do damage then sacrifice for even more damage.
Bonus points for slapping buffs the creature before flinging, e.g.: Blazing Shoal, Reckless Charge, Fatal Frenzy, Rush of Blood, Brute Force, etc. Instant/enchantment double strike might be good for per-sacrifice combat round as well.
or really kick things up with Feldon of the Third Path and the biggest thing you can get in your graveyard.

If it's land destruction it's too mean. Still, it could be meaner... Maybe Molten Rain instead of Pillage and Avalanche Riders instead of Cosmic Larva; you don't have to win big if your deck is this oppressive. I would also consider Akki Blizzard-Herder and Crack the Earth (If you get rid of the Cosmic Larva you can free up some land slots and add some more gas to keep up the pressure. If you want it to feel a little less one-sided you could consider Steam Vines and Shivan Wumpus, but it would be, strictly speaking, worse. This seems like a cool, all or nothing deck. Should be fun to play every once-in-a-while.

Why green? Surely this is a deck that would rather jam Pentad Prism for that single turn burst damage.
I'd also like to see some more creatures over vines and slip- possibly even Act of Aggression. Lupine Prototype is a solid Lava Axe which can be a creature when you need it. Cards like Keldon Marauders are also solid options, with things like Ball Lightning into thud looking outright terrifying- killing a player from 12 on an empty board.
Cosmic Larva is a big body, and by the time you are leaving it on the battelfield the lands don't matter, so its worth a look. Similarly, Devastating Summons as a 1 or 2 of seems really strong when a game is stalling.
B/R has some flying bricks which are also worth a look- Falkenrath Aristocrat and the like are both good fuel and likely to get an attack in before getting sacced.
Last but by no means least- Whip of Erebos. Big lifelink creatures are good, and graveyard recursion on them is very strong.

Take out terramorphic and evolving unless you add more basics, Spinerock Knoll, probably Rocky Tar Pit, and Mountain Valley, Chromatic Lantern, maybe no Countryside Crusher or Cosmic Larva, Behold the Beyond, Beseech the Queen, Diabolic Tutor, Ever After (Unless you add more better creatures), Natural Balance, you dont really have a use for Doubling Season,
Consider Avenger of Zendikar, Mina and Denn, Wildborn, Omnath, Locus of Rage, Oracle of Mul Daya, Rampaging Baloths, Sylvan Safekeeper, Tireless Tracker, Titania, Protector of Argoth, Ulvenwald Hydra, Crop Rotation, Hissing Quagmire, Raging Ravine, Lavaclaw Reaches, Treetop Village, any more cycling lands, Nissa, Vital Force, Embodiment of Insight, Scute Mob, Dragonmaster Outcast, Squandered Resources, Crash of Rhino Beetles, Undergrowth Champion, Squirrel Nest, Spawning Grounds
I think you need upwards of 40 or so lands in here if thats where you want the focus, some should make creatures, some should BE creatures

So I'm a believer that the best way to build this deck is through playing big dudes with no butt for dirt cheap! So cards like Ball Lightning, Cosmic Larva, Blistering Firecat, Phyrexian Dreadnought, and Nova Chaser (fyi you can respond to Nova Chaser and Dreadnought's ability on the stack and sack them into Brion). Malignus is also great and I think a STAPLE in this deck. Other than that...
- Scuttling Doom Engine: All value, all day
- Soul's Fire: You basically get an extra fling
- Sneak Attack: Great way to cheat big stuff out and fling it.
- Flameshadow Conjuring: Get an extra creature to fling/attack with everytime you cast a creature
- Bearer of the Heavens + Faith's Reward : Your friend's won't like you for this combo, because no lands or anything and you are the only one with creatures but... it's effective.
- Thornbite Staff: This I believe is a must.
- Lifeline: I didn't even know this card existed until helping my friend build his deck, it's literally one of the most broken cards I've ever read.
- Gisela, Blade of Goldnight: Duh.
Oh and this may be obvious, but in this deck always swing your creatures before you sac them into Brion! You never know what your opponent will do but at least you will force them to react, and then be able to react accordingly.
