That is the challenge.

TypicalTimmy, about non-legend partners, when one of the partners ETB's, a player of your choice may tutor the specified partner into hand. Impetuous Protege and Proud Mentor, or Chakram Slinger and Chakram Retriever.

Ruffigan says... I don't know if you know about the Banishing Knack combo, but you can use that card or Retraction Helix on Chakram Retriever to > bounce an artifact or creature that costs 0 Mana to get infinite ETB triggers. Useful with cards like Impact Tremors to kill the table at once.

Honestly, I didn't know about that combo. It's crazy to see an infinite like that! One of the neat combos I do have in this deck is a psuedo-Cyclonic Rift in the form of Horseshoe Crab, Freed from the Real, and the all powerful Retraction Helix. But I think adding Banishing Knack along with some bounce spells might help this deck find the cards it needs. Freed from the Real is more of less the holy grail to equip to Chakram Slinger. I'm also still updating the decklist. I will probably remove Ebony Horse and some of the panoramas in favor of more basics and maybe a few haste cards just to help speed it up a bit. Both commanders take until turn 6 to get out without missing a land drop. So draw spells are critical and so is speedy ramp. Basically you don't want to be able to draw a card that doesn't help in this deck because of it's slow speed.

I don't have full lists on the decks im building and none of them are fine tuned, more just rough estimates of what the decks will look like. So far I have been trying to figure out the commanders that are viable on a competitive level and so far have found these commanders to be on a competitive level

Some of these commanders don't seem competitive at all but trust me when I say this format is weird and some of these commanders win cons will surprise you. I have been working on cPDH decks for about 1-2 months now and am really trying to pioneer the format, make a bunch of decks, and try and get others into.

When it comes to discord you can always create an account its free, they have it on mobile, mac, windows, or you can just use it in your browser and dont have to download it. I created a server for us so I can update you on the latest things im working and and I can post deck links as I finish them

It does not cover every combo available but its a start. Right now im in the process of cutting my decks down to 99 and writing up a quick into to the card choices and combo lines, I am still working on my first one and am nearly done, its for Auriok Salvagers

With the Combo of playing 0 mana artifacts and Retraction Helix / Banishing Knack to get infinity Prowess through Chakram Retriever s untap ability you could also include Tandem Lookout to Soulbond it with either Reckless Fireweaver , Nettle Drone , Firebrand Archer or Chakram Slinger .

That way you'd get a good draw engine that can draw you into your combo. But the Deck seams good as it is. Just a tought that might be worth a try.
