Spell_Slam: Thanks for thoose great suggestions! As for the ramp, i just wanted a turn 4 Konrad with some consistency, plus they help activate his second ability. I will consider cutting them.

Spell_Slam good call Reaping the Graves seems really sweet. Honestly i never played pdh, only edh so i don't really know how long a game last but if you can cast Caligo Skin-Witch kicked, you can deal some serious damage

Also I would cut Chittering Rats for something like Arterial Flow , Cackling Fiend , or even Caligo Skin-Witch . Heck, even Cunning Lethemancer is better - I would rather affect all opponents than just one, and putting a card back on top is just not satisfying for me. Your call though!
I have a special place in my heart for cards like Capital Punishment and Delirium Skeins but they are more conditional.

Hey, i understand what you are going for with the inalla deck. ETB value is the way to go imo and a boardstate is basicly nonexistent haha. If you want to take a look, heres my list: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/inalla-questionable-wizardry/ Its not completely updated but it does the job. On another note i recommend Thalakos Deceiver, because he is downright broken in inalla. And currently im testing out Caligo Skin-Witch, because when you kick her its 7 mana to force all opponents to discard 4. And combined with Naban, Panharmonicon or cloudstone, even better. In this case it is accurate, as the kicker effect of Baloth Gorger is a replacement effect that alters how it enters the battlefield. Panharmonicon will double effects of Kicker that start with "when," such as that of Caligo Skin-Witch.
