Return Broken Fall to its owner's hand: Regenerate target creature.
Broken Fall Discussion
Yavimaya Hollow is pretty pricey, but worth the regen on a stick, especially in a creature heavy deck. The issue is you’re still spending 2 mana each time you use it. I still think it’s worth it.
So now I’m sitting here, staring into void, thinking what do I do with my draw outlets.
I added in Smuggler's Copter , which I know is weird but somehow works with creatures that aren’t doing much combat if I don’t have Dolmen Gate or Vigor . My big debate is if all the weird search discard/search cards I have suffice or if I’ll need to add Sylvan Library and/or Dark Confidant .
With a more healthy aggro approach, I might need to add in more destroy cards too

Shit I’m on the fence about:
Heroic Intervention , Inspiring Call , and Rishkar's Expertise : are all just okay. Surprise protection &/or draw is cool, but nothing game changing. Heroic is the least synergistic. Inspiring on average draws 2 cards. Riskar’s(better for 1v1)could be interchanged with Garruk, Caller of Beasts (better for mp).
Sixth Sense feels weak when it only lands with damage. I debated Keen Sense too, but damage is hardly guaranteed. Inspiring Call , Rishkar's Expertise and Phyrexian Arena take the load atm. Draw still feels lacking.
Beacon of Unrest can go. I don’t have an artifact I’m trying to play. I have enough grave-recursion.
Bow of Nylea will never sit right with me. Does a bunch of stuff, none of it blows my mind.
Reyhan, Last of the Abzan is iffy. Creatures don’t always have counters to make it count.
Often I get caught up protecting creatures and forget that Skullbriar is totally okay with dying. The deck is built around doing its own thing, but he’s always glad to join the party.
I really want the Vivien planeswalkers to be better. They fall short and would better if they traded abilities: Vivien, Arkbow Ranger is close. I enjoy the counters for 4cmc, the other abilities lack. Vivien, Nature's Avenger is waaay to expensive, but has fun abilities.
Dolmen Gate is mulling around my brain. The deck is aggro, so this definitely seems to fit. Is it worth protecting the 1-3 attacking creatures?
I’m starting to appreciate counter-creating cards and sorta want to add Blessings of Nature . I still wish there were better options.

Finest Hour is probably better than Brave the Sands, so if we're trying to fit in Leyline of Anticipation and Privileged Position , it would be better to cut that instead. And it would probably be correct to cut New Horizons instead of Weirding Wood. A card is better than a +1/+1 counter.
You're going to want to add Alchemist's Refuge to the manabase to help you cast enchantments on your opponent's turns when you don't have Leyline of Anticipation. It might even be worth trying to play Vedalken Orrery to get these effects more often. There are a few flash enchantments you can play as well: Seal Away , Temporal Isolation , Slow Motion , Lawmage's Binding , Cast Out , Alexi's Cloak , Cho-Manno's Blessing , Eel Umbra , Jolrael's Favor , and Serpent Skin seem playable.
Another thing you might consider are replayable enchantments. The few I'm thinking of are Mana Bloom , Gossamer Chains , Flickering Ward , Broken Fall and Molting Skin . The latter three will also help you keep Tuvasa alive!
Speaking of keeping your commander alive, you might find it difficult with only Shield of the Oversoul, Swiftfoot Boots, Lightning Greaves, and Greater Auramancy. Furthermore, the latter two give shroud, which will make it hard to enchant Tuvasa afterwards! I'd consider trying to find more hexproof and indestructible effects even if they come from non-enchantment sources, such as Darksteel Plate . As for auras, there's Alpha Authority and Canopy Cover .
Finally, as just a neat card, you might consider playing Cloud Cover .
As for things to take out, the first thing I would do is take out Luminarch Ascension. The card is so powerful that people will just kill it or, more likely, YOU. It's a political disaster. I'd pull Abundant Growth because it's just not a very high-yield card. If you're looking for ramp and color-fixing, Carpet of Flowers is better because of how common blue is in Commander. Authority of the Consuls is probably not going to be very useful unless you know opponents are going to making large numbers of 1/1s for a combo. Finally, as much as I like it as a card, On Serra's Wings is not particularly excellent here. Unfortunately, that's just four cuts, and I gave a lot more suggestions. You'll just have to consider what effects you might want enough to include.

DrkNinja, late to the response, I know, but I'm really curious why you think this deck is running too many lands? There are a good number of expensive cards, commander (and its ability) included, which necessitates mana, and flooding has never been a problem with my decks that run the generally-recommended 40% mana base, especially when they have ways to get lands out easily enough to thin the rest of the deck down. Not to mention that the primary problem I've had with this deck is not getting enough mana out early enough to do things. Replacing lands with mana rocks doesn't fix the problem, as I'd still need enough early mana to cast the mana rocks, and said mana rocks would be more fragile, especially in our playgroups where artifact hate is not uncommon.
To respond to some of your other suggestions (which I do appreciate, as a note, whether or not I agree with them)....
I approve of the youtube link. I probably won't use it in my description, but it's apropos.
I worry less about getting things into the graveyard to reanimate, as the Horde is frequently a target and I'd have to have ten mana on board to cast it and immediately activate it just once. Those are good choices for other deck ideas I have though.
I'll have to consider the filter lands you suggested. Chromatic Lantern is already on my wishlist for this deck for obvious reasons.
Vigor and Purity only protect themselves from mill. The rest of my graveyard stays put. This also means that while they're busted, as you say, I can't cheat them back with the Horde when someone thinks they've gotten rid of them.
Your suggested removal cards are indeed super strong, but are also all single-target. I've got single-target removal already that can be recast from the graveyard with the Horde (Shriekmaw, Nameless Inversion, Crib Swap), plus sweep removal to fill in the gaps, and Merciless Eviction on my wishlist for when I really want an exile instead. Thanks though.
Asceticism would be nice but I went with what I had in my collection for this, and Broken Fall has worked fine so far. As long as there's a targetable creature on the board, my opponents can't actually get rid of Broken Fall (without split second or a Stifle effect), which has annoyed my daughter to no end. But I do have Asceticism on my wishlist for this deck now, thanks.
Stalking Vengeance would indeed be nice in an evoke-heavy deck, but it's not an elemental so it didn't make the cut for this one.

One of my favorite interactions in mono-green is using Rancor, Broken Fall, and Whip Silk in conjunction with Humbler of Mortals to give everything trample consistently. I saw you have Crowned Ceratok but thought I'd throw it out there. I'd also consider Ambush Krotiq and Ancestral Statue to reuse cheap ETB creatures, though it does reset their counters. I think your ramp looks fine, with the recursion and hexproof spells you already have I don't see Guardian ever becoming prohibitively expensive.

ForTheOldFrame Thanks for all the suggestions, but I think in the second set of suggestions, there isn't anything among them that would add to the current strategy more than my current cards do.
I've decided to stick with Spectra Ward, even though the casting cost is high, it has one ability that puts it on top and that is that it's effect doesn't remove other auras, whereas if I were to Flickering Ward, say green, it would cause Ancestral Mask (which is one of my main win cons) to fall off whereas Spectra Ward wouldn't and it gives all color protection and +2/+2 to boot.
I actually decided to keep Broken Fall in the end, because it has essentially a free return to hand cost, and it can spare one of my enchantresses or my commander from a boardwipe if needs be.
Thanks for the tips! =)
