Okay so first of all: one drops of two different colors in pauper is really awkward. It should work out fine most of the time but I feel like it might turn some hands that would be auto wins if you can play your 1 drop into pretty bad hands. In fact, you can see how awkward it makes things by your mana base: if you had another red 1 drop instead of Young Wolf , you could probably get away with swapping 2 forests for 2 mountains.
I'm not a fan of Horned Kavu : it's a big pile of stats, sure, but it puts you behind on tempo and it leaves you very vulnerable to Snap which is a blue staple. I would much rather see a fourth Burning-Tree Emissary and another two drop like Nest Invader or Mogg War Marshal which would help you trigger Morbid. (As a side note, Blastoderm + Horned Kavu doesn't actually work because Blastoderm has shroud)
Speaking of Blastoderm , I'm not a big fan of it because it can't come down before turn 4, which is the turn you're either going to be overtaken by other aggro decks or the turn a control deck will start stabilizing so you need to have an explosive turn 4, which is the complete opposite of Blastoderm as it's just a big pile of stats with no real impact on the field.
Manamorphose isn't great either: it does basically say -1 card in your deck but the filtering doesn't seem very relevant when you could have more action in your deck. If you had a Thermo-Alchemist or a similar card in there, it would be alright but right now, I'd be more happy to see more Rancor .
Overall, I feel like this deck is a bit too slow. Here are some cards to consider to accelerate it: Vines of Vastwood , more Rancor , Nettle Sentinel if the deck veers green, Goblin Cohort and/or Mogg Conscripts , Goblin Bushwhacker if the deck goes wider, Hunger of the Howlpack , Porcelain Legionnaire , Vault Skirge if you have lots of pumps, Skarrgan Pit-Skulk , Savage Swipe if you mostly have 2-power creatures and maybe some more burn in the main like Chain Lightning and Reckless Abandon .

I suggest Vigean Hydropon so you make sure your creatures get a +1/+1 counter and it will always target five creatures. (More if you proliferate it)
Also a good old Blastoderm always do the trick to mess up your opponent. Apparently, proliferate is not a 'Target' ability so you can make Blastoderm stay on the battlefiled longer by adding time counters.

You know what is fun with proliferate? Hickory Woodlot :)
Removal? Serrated Arrows + proliferate to add -1/-1 and arrowhead counters.
And maybe, maybe Blastoderm ?

I want to see powered-down fetches. Either slow fetches (ALL 10) or some other variant (Enemy or all 10).
Also, some more color shifted stuff like Porphyry Nodes / Drop of Honey and Calciderm / Blastoderm .

Or you could pay 1 green more and get the quite common Blastoderm, or the uncommon Vine Mare or even Bastion Inventor in blue to get just the hexproof creature. Are the hoops you have to jump through worth those stats with trample?
I do enjoy the thought put behind the card though and the spotlight you shone on a forgotten card :)

Thanks for your thoughts!
Thraben Foulbloods is a bit weird. 3 mana for a beater is kinda a lot, but a 4/3 Menace is actually a serious clock that a lot of decks have trouble with. It's also not even that bad if our opponent nukes our graveyard since a 3/2 is still an ok threat. I'm also hesitant to cut it since we'd be left with just two Delirium creatures.
That said, I'm not opposed to cutting it, I just don't see anything better in its slot.
I'll go to bat for Shambling Shell, though. That card consistently impresses me. Dredge 3 is a sweet spot where we can Dredge every turn and fill our graveyard efficiently without having to worry S about decking ourselves, it can put itself into the graveyard for value, and 3/1 is a very aggressively statline when we don't care about trading it away. I started out testing it as just a 1-of and I'm seriously consider adding in the 4th copy. It's overperformed like crazy.
Blastoderm looks really nice, though. I'm just not sure where to fit it in. I could see it as a mainboard topend for a version of GB Mid-range that didn't try to go Delirium but for this deck, what could it replace? Maybe something from the sideboard that's less
