Wow, those are really cool equipments, Orange+! Bayou Dragonfly very much approves and especially can't wait to halve an opponent's life in one swing!

Very cool to see small weird dudes like Bayou Dragonfly being put to good use :)

I see you run Explorer's Scope. If you think equipments that triggers when their creature hits an opponent is interesting, there are several more that could be good / fun. These include:

Mask of Memory, Quietus Spike, Dowsing Dagger  Flip, Scytheclaw, Rogue's Gloves, and Specter's Shroud.

Also, there are Skeleton Key and Spellbinder, but I think these would bring less value.

Eilel thanks for the suggestions. Caustic Caterpillar and Rust Scarab will definitely find their way into the sideboard. Sadly, Bayou Dragonfly is not modern legal, and I really want to keep it mono. I have considered Living Hive, but I just don't think it does enough for 8 mana. That and it itself is not a bug. I will have to see how Deadbridge Goliath works with the deck.

Love your idea of the challenge you and your friend make. I'll be introducing this to my playgroup as well!

For your sideboard you may consider:- Bayou Dragonfly for some easy evasion. - Caustic Caterpillar as easy enchantment/artifact removal- Rust Scarab if it becomes blocked you have more removal

Beetleform Mage is a very strong card, but you'd need splash for blue.

Deadbridge Goliath is a solid body for it's mana cost and can do graveyard shenanigans in the late game.

Living Hive almost does the same as Giant Adephage but instead it makes small tokens
