Put a +1/+1 counter on target creature.

My two cents:
(1) you need more evasion. You have a metric ton of +1/+1 counters, which is great... but only 2-3 things that give trample and only 1-2 other pieces of evasion. Against the wrong deck, you'll get chump blocked all day. These specific cards are mostly just examples, but consider adding unblockable ( Suspicious Bookcase , Whispersilk Cloak ); deathtouch ( Gorgon Flail , Nightshade Peddler ); trample / multi-purpose ( Loxodon Warhammer , Haunted Cloak ).
(2) you need more protection. Everyone will gun for your doggo, knowing that it's your whole win-con. You have a few things, but not enough IMO. Add more indestructible ( Hammer of Nazahn ) and hexproof ( Mask of Avacyn , Archetype of Endurance ).
I'd suggest culling some of the +1/+1 cards - especially one-shot like Battlegrowth . Also, shroud isn't great with voltron because you can't target/enchant/equip, so I'd lose Lightning Greaves and Aspect of Mongoose .
Looks like a fun deck!

One of the State-based Actions that are routinely checked and performed is that if a creature has both +1/+1 counters and -1/-1 counters an equal number of each are removed until only one type remains. Keep in mind again that counters are only placed if the effect specifies counters, and that other types of P/T changing counters (usually from older cards) are not included in this.

Funkydiscogod unfortunately Vines of Vastwood is as expensive as Blossoming Defense. I don't want non-dinosaurs, those humans are the only exception, however you identified a huge problem that is the poor ramp. Perhaps I need some Overgrowth, I don't know. Well this combo for dino tokes is very interesting, maybe we can improve it making faster, what do you think about Battlegrowth/Burst of Strength/Nahiri's Machinations/Ordeal of Purphoros + Fire Whip/Power of Fire?

Yes, he can. Once the two energy are paid, the gaining of a +1/+1 counter goes on the stack - hasn't happened yet, but waiting to. The ability functions no differently than if you had cast Battlegrowth, if that makes it easier to visualize. Casting Magma Spray in response will deal the two damage before the counter is put on, but if you have another two energy, then you can use the Cub's ability again, in response to the Magma Spray, to save the Cub before getting the second +1/+1 counter.

some quick suggestions for your brew. your mana curve looks pretty agressive but it looks like you're vulnerable to boardwipes. here are some quick recommendaitons.
Impulse > Contingency PlanArcane Denial > Clash of Wills
Fact or Fiction > Learn from the Past
Swan Song or Dream Fracture > Cancel
if you really want to go in on the counters mechanic, Inexorable Tide is decent. then you could consider running Astral Cornucopia or Everflowing Chalice.
Swiftfoot Boots > Banshee's Bladegeneral recommendations - unless you're going voltron, some of your cards look only great in a 1v1 format. such as Battlegrowth, Burst of Strength, Dragonscale Boon, Slip Through Space.
it looks like you want to go wide with creatures - you may consider some buffs like Overwhelming Stampede and Triumph of the Hordes.
finally some goodstuff recomendations including Stunt Double that are hopefully affordable enough for you: the three R's are Really important:
Ramp: Cultivate, Kodama's Reach > Sakura-Tribe Elder, Wild Growth.
Recursion: Archaeomancer, Greenwarden of Murasa.
Removal: Beast Within, Rapid Hybridization, Reality Shift, Reclamation Sage.
