I'd replace Menace with Flying. Off the top of my head, High Sentinels of Arashin, Abzan Skycaptain, Aven Tactician and Watcher of the Roost all symbolize how Aven are a part of the Abzan/Dromoka clan. As for Menace... other than it's a Black-Oriented ability... doesn't seem to fit.

Here are some creatures that could come out:Wild Wonder, Abzan Skycaptain, Aven Tactician, Bloodbriar, Hero of Iroas, Highspire Artisan, Lifecraft Cavalry, Narnam Renegade, Peema Outrider, Sandsteppe Outcast, Verdant Automaton, Wingsteed Rider: too much mana for minor effect, lack +1/+1 synergy

i would drop your Aven Tactician for an equal amount of Steppe Glider. sure it doesnt give a bolster effect but it gives creatures flying so its an alternate win con, same CMC too. Enduring Scalelord is a pseudo bolster, though costs a lot. but he can win a game.
