For starters: I really like the fact that someone put the time and effort into building it. I think there is a lot of interest in coming up with scales of measures for decks. Super interesting. Next: with 100 cards, and a 57% competitive rating (assuming no one has edited/contributed to the bar) it looks to me as though the cards in my Antique Shop deck could be given a binary “competitive? Y/N” setting... and that there are maybe seven cards in my deck that have that flag. Mind Stone and the like would probably make sense... while Apocalypse Chime does not. Contributions from readers would modify the measure some, and I think that’s where the strength in the measure really resides. I think WE may accidentally be the problem in this case ;p

,: Destroy all permanents on the battlefield that are cards not printed or reprinted in the Commander Horizons expansion set.

We haven’t had expansion hate in a long time like Apocalypse Chime and this one encourages people to buy the new set, putting them at a disadvantage if they don’t.

Zaueski,
I do know a few terrible cards though ...

And a few that could be fun(?) depending on the other cards in your Cube ...

And you just gotta run the Band Lands: Adventurers' Guildhouse; Cathedral of Serra; Mountain Stronghold; Seafarer's Quay; and Unholy Citadel

Break Open, if it worked on your guys it would have some playability, as in it turns a 2/2 into something much more terrifying.

Ember Shot I get they were trying to be cautious with red card draw, but really, seven mana, really.

Frazzle Cancel is playable, but not spectacular. Granted this is more splashable, but this also costs a mana more and might not even do anything against certain opponents.

Sky Swallower I know 'Dies to Removal' is a really lame argument, but when this gets tubed you just lose with this almost more than any other creature, no thanks.

Numai Outcast A four mana 1/1 that might get larger in combat, and at that cost it might as well not even have 'Regenerate.'

Apocalypse Chime Part of the 'Hose the Set' cards, this one is double trash because there are so few playable cards in Homeland, and the most famous one is Merchant Scroll, which isn't even something this stops.

Celestial Prism This was probably OK back when it was new, but in this day and age there are so many better colour-fixers.

Juju Bubble Gaining life is generally not great unless it's in a huge burst, and unless you have a whole tonne of mana you aren't doing anything with this will gain maybe 3-4 life. To make matters worse, it has two death conditions so it probably won't even be out for very long.

Cathedral of Serra Not necessarily bad per se, but banding is such a confusing ability, and lets legends band with other legends, because you will of course have a bunch of those in play. There is one for each colour of legends, which is both better and worse than having just one colour have this ability.

I have a whole deck of these really lame cards, which is where I got this list from. :P B45T 3DH 3V4R!
