I've already got an old Arcades Sabboth Wall deck...to say it's going to get an upgrade with the new version is an understatement! Here are some recommendations:
Harsh Mercy Blow up everything but Walls! Kindred Discovery Just awesome for card draw. Kindred Summons Double the Walls, double the fun. Island Sanctuary Who needs a Draw Step when you have the new Arcades? Mentor of the Meek More cards, more wins. Feed the Pack Overwhelm the board with Wolf tokens ftw. Sunweb Big fatty with evasion. Illusionary Wall See above. Walking Wall Can be pumped up to stupidly high levels. Fortified Area Buffs Walls. Animate Wall Get on the attack early. Colossus of Akros With Monstrosity he is a boss late game. Sphere of Safety I run a lot of Enchantments so it's in.

Certainly a fun concept indeed, though I think you are kindof cutting your own legs off, since if you don't have reliable access to Animate Wall, Assault Formation or Rolling Stones, you are just defending yourself very well and maybe giving some trouble to your opponents combat phases. The only other option I see is to roll out with Doran, the Siege Tower as a voltron commander, though, especially in multiplayer, this is hard to do (and probably you should optimize the deck differently if this is the strategy you are going for).
If you wanna play an effective/competitive Doran, just try and go with a treefolk tribal (the classic).
On the other hand, if you really wanna play walls tribal (which is absolutely fine), you should try and add more tutors that allow you to consistently get the aforementioned key cards for your deck (you have access to black, so you'll find enough tutors).

may want to consider Sunweb, Mirror Wall, Cathedral Membrane, Living Wall, and Thunder Wall for walls. Warmonger's Chariot is a linear upgrade from Animate Wall, may want to replace it. Tidal Wave gives you a surprise blocker that is, oddly enough, a wall. Fortified Area gives a solid buff to your troops, Brave the Sands ups each walls stopping power while allowing those that are able to swing and still block, and Cradle of Vitality lets your general start giving those walls some oomph.
love the concept, made a wall deck for tribal wars at my local store ages ago, nice to see I wasn't the only one. keep up the good work!

assassin: Scarblade Elite
bat: Skeletal Vampire
beast: Vitality Charm
cephalid: Aboshan, Cephalid Emperor
eldrazi spawn: Brood Birthing
giant: Hearthcage Giant
goat: Springjack Pasture
gorgon: Hythonia the Cruel
kithkin: Goldmeadow Stalwart
minion: Balthor the Defiled
moonfolk: Patron of the Moon
nightstalker: Return of the Nightstalkers
pegasus: Sacred Mesa
pentavite: Pentavus only card with pentavite, but sort of works with changelings
plant: Avenger of Zendikar
rigger: Steamflogger Boss
There's also the flagbearers: Coalition Flag Coalition Honor Guard Standard Bearer But they don't really have synergy with each other. You might be able to pull some shenanigans if you give a flagbearer hexproof or protection with a changeling out though.
Thelon of Havenwood, Fungal Bloom, Sporesower Thallid, Savage Thallid and Pallid Mycoderm are all listed as saprolings. I don't know if you merged fungus and saproling intentionally, but if you did it might make sense to change saproling tech to saproling/fungus tech.
