Third Gatherer ruling on Yedora, Grave Gardener reads "If one of these Forests is turned face up, the effect making it a Forest land will expire. The face-up permanent will again have its printed name, type line, mana cost, abilities, and so on."
This ruling stems from the fact that Yedora only specifies the characteristics of the card as it exists in the face-down state. If it is turned face-up the printed characteristics take over. This means that unless the front face is a forest Genju of the Cedars will be put into the graveyard for enchanting an illegal permanent.
Since the permanent never left the battlefield and Genju's type changing ability lasts until EoT; it will still be a 4/4 spirit (not sure where the trample was coming from in your question, so can't confirm if it still applies). It will still be the original creature though and Genju's effect just changes type, color, and and sets P/T. So all other characteristics, including abilities, are based on the printed card. In your Akki Underminer example it still has the combat damage trigger.

Akki Underminer looks to fit the bill, as does Crack the Earth . Crater Elemental could end up counting for two triggers, couldn’t it..?

Made some adjustments. Removed Cryptic Trilobite, Akki Underminer, and Chandra's Pyreling. Moved Irencrag Feat and Ruthless Invasion to the maybeboard, and added War Cadence and Magus of the Moon to it as well. Added Bomat Courier, Bag of Holding, Flameblade Adept, Iron Myr, Manakin, and Priest of Urabrask to the main desk.
Ultimately Brash Taunter requires a certain playstyle that I don't think Subira wants. It is an excellent card for a deck like Torbran, Thane of Red Fell but Subira needs that 5 mana to play 3 other cards instead of one that requires some attention.

For the creatures, I have no problem dropping Ogres. To work around the land destruction CMC requirements, I think low-cost akki would be general permanent destruction/forced sac (Akki Underminer) and land sac for benefit (Akki Avalanchers), and higher-up ones would be the targeted land destruction. As a rough eyeball, maybe for a etb Stone Rain on a 2/2 creature? Comparing to Avalanche Riders.
Ogres out, Kitsune in, Humans pretty balanced through the colors. I like it.
seshiro_of_the_orochi Snake Ninja. Yes. Do you have any special reason for why Sultai ninjas might be wrong, or is it just a gut feeling?

Those guys definitely.know what's up. Good recommendations. I'd put those in, as for recommending what to pull out... Akki Underminer. As a 1/1, he's always going to be blocked. Goblin Gardener. He costs as much as a Ruination (recommend btw), but he only gets rid of one land. And what do you think of Dictate of Erebos instead of Grave Pact? He costs one more, but has flash and he's not super black mana heavy to cast.

As per your request I took a look at your deck to help you trim creatures. Here are my suggestions:
- Soltari Visionary can go. You have enchant/artifact removal in your instants plenty. If you are finding yourself needing more use War Priest of Thune instead
- Raving Dead It's a fun card, but if you are looking for more consistency take it out for something more necessary
- Brutal Hordechief another fun card, but Alesha makes use of small creatures ETB abilities more than attacking.
- Akki Underminer Another needing to do damage to take effect, not the strongest in EDH and in ALesha
- Ankle Shanker I'm actually doing some testing with my deck right now and am strongly considering taking this out for some more useful creatures, again i don't do much attacking with creatures other than Alesha.
