Correct, all triggers that ask for a mana payment are phrased as "you may pay" and so fall under 603.5 for optional effects of triggered abilities. You referred to the first ability on Leshrac's Sigil as a trigger, so I assumed you were familiar with the eratta on the card. In case you aren't or if someone else looking at the thread isn't; the current Oracle text on that first ability is "Whenever an opponent casts a green spell, you may pay . If you do, look at that player’s hand and choose a card from it. The player discards that card." This wording makes it a trigger and as you can see, it says "you may pay".

The triggers for Leshrac's Sigil, Aerie Worshippers, Yasova Dragonclaw, and extort (Blind Obedience) go on the stack no matter if you intend to pay the optional cost, or even have the resources to.

603.5. Some triggered abilities’ effects are optional (they contain “may,” as in “At the beginning of your upkeep, you may draw a card”). These abilities go on the stack when they trigger, regardless of whether their controller intends to exercise the ability’s option or not. The choice is made when the ability resolves. Likewise, triggered abilities that have an effect “unless” something is true or a player chooses to do something will go on the stack normally; the “unless” part of the ability is dealt with when the ability resolves.

Leyline of Anticipation and Vedalken Orrery will both let you cast creature spells on other players' turns, so you can double your flybois more often ;D

Vendilion Clique has Flash already, and is kinda like a preemptive counterspell. Amazing with Dolan.

I don't think Panharmonicon works in this deck, and I think Aerie Worshippers and Lofty Denial could also come out to make room for the heavy-hitters above

MagesOfTheBeach thank you for your suggestions! I think I don't have any good mana sinks in the deck that make use of the mana from High Tide yet.. But Turnabout, Arbiter of the Ideal, Aerie Worshippers and Sphinx's Disciple seem like attractive inclusions!

I'm not sure if I'm qualified to talk about modern bird strategies since I've only seen them in commander, but here are some cards anyway: Aerie Worshippers makes birds. Call makes birds and can even draw from them. Emeria Angel makes birds. Flurry of Wings makes birds. Ornitharch can make birds. Pride of the Clouds makes birds. Roc Egg is a defender and makes a bird-what flavor! Wingmate Roc makes a bird. And my personal favorite: Dovescape makes everything birds. All the time. Forever. Just play an Obelisk of Urd first and laugh as your opponents birds are crushed by your own.

Version 1.3 is here!

In this version i removed a copy of each temple from the cube to encourage the use of mono colored and duo colored decks rather then 3 colored ones. I swapped out the temples in favour for:

Destructive RevelryAshen RiderEphara's EnlightenmentNessian Game WardenForgestoker DragonDreadbringer LampadsAerie Worshippers3x Unknown Shores

This To give all colours an equal amount of cards since i added Chained to the rocks before and also buff some of the color combinations that is currently struggeling. I added in The 3 unknown shores for additional fixing that also works better with aggro decks since they where a bit slow with the temples.

The last change I made was to remove Font of Fortunes In favor for Divination since blue barely uses enchantments and to give the red blue deck an extra tool!
