Moment of Heroism. We're pretty solidly into green-white, so it's that or Paraselene. I'd say Moment of Heroism is a lot more useful.

I almost want to hate draft Typhoid Rats. It's 1 mana removal against anything we have right now except Midnight Haunting.

Typhoid Rats has my vote.

Moment of Heroism It has a legit chance to make our deck, and hate drafting is a terrible strategy.

Moment of Heroism. I could see a game-changing moment if we swing with an Elder of Laurels-buffed creature, then slap Moment on it.

Moment of Heroism looks solid.

Hate drafting, in my experience, has some merit at times, but only if there's not a card in the pack that has a reasonable chance of making it into the maindeck or of being a reasonable sideboard card. Moment has such a chance, so hating a Rats out over it is not a good call.
