A few recommendations: - Your mana base is a bit inconsistent and slow, I highly recommend the following very budget-friendly upgrades: Isolated Chapel, Clifftop Retreat, Dragonskull Summit, Desolate Mire, Shadowblood Ridge, Sunscorched Divide, Shineshadow Snarl, Foreboding Ruins, Furycalm Snarl. - Also Orzhov Basilica, Myriad Landscape, and the scry lands are very slow in your deck that otherwise wants to accelerate very very fast, so I'd consider removing them. - Also while your mana curve is overall quite good, you have a large number of cards costing 4 mana, which is the same amount as your commander. This leads to on average a less smooth casting curve through the early turns in your game.
