Deckling -

Welcome. All decks that you see here are builds that I own and run. My decks are built around the idea that me, The Player/Planeswalker discovered a plane that was barren and I then filled the plane with creatures and architecture from other planes that I have visited. On my plane exist the following factions, The church of Avacyn, The house of Azorius, and The house of Orzhova...with a minority of factions from Theros, Zendikar, and Mirrodin. The church of Avacyn represents the heart of the peoples living on the plane, as that is the common religion among them. I rule overall as their king. However the Azorius have formed a parliament and thus a government to uphold the law. The house of Orzhov represent the banks and help run the economy. The use of red mana is prohibited and black mana is severely restricted. While white, blue, and Green mana are allowed. There is one spanning metropolis surrounded by planes and rolling hills on an island-continent. Beyond that is an endless ocean with other minor islands that are mostly unpopulated. No swamps exist on the plane, but there is a sprawling undercity. Angels, humans, and spirits are the majority of the world's population, while vampires and others are a minority. The vampires are routinely culled and dwell mostly in the undercity. Also they have covens that move around as much as possible, some vampires that manage to hide their identity and live above ground. However, if they are found they are sentenced to death.
