The goal of this deck is to pump elves onto the field and stack counters ASAP.

Basic mathematics = beefy elves.

I know Imperious Perfect isn't vanilla, but it has great synergy with Alpha Status, Muraganda Petroglyphs, Elvish Promenade, Coat of Arms and Gaea's Cradle. To my knowledge, only five mono green vanilla elves exist and I needed another elf creature to finish my deck. So choosing Imperious Perfect was kind of a given.

Fresh Meat to deal with mass removal.

Triumph of the Hordes just in case.
