4 augurs for 4 delver, and 4 guttersnipes for 4 snapcasters, just makes more sense in a tempo deck

with out win con switching to delver it makes sense to swap 2 hellrider for 2 runechancters pike. We will definitely have the stuff in the yard to make use of it.
