CHAOS describes this deck well.

This deck is meant to put the game into complete disarray. With doubling damage and pinging everyone all over, this can make you a huge target, but it also does significant amounts of damage over the course of the game.

You may not win, but you can make players only play on their turn with cards like Citadel of Pain that tax their Mana with damage. Many spells in this deck hurt based on using or not using Mana. Not to mention Spellshock which hurts everyone for playing spells. And with Torbran, Thane of Red Fell and any of the doubling spells, this deck can really burn.

Tons of fun to add to a group who try to sling spells left and right.

To be clear, I have won many games with this deck. But I play this deck because of how it changes the game for everyone involved and that's why I love it. The deck is mean, it's been called evil. But when I encourage anyone to play it they play it with a big smile on their face. It is definitely different, and fun to throw into a group of 4 or more.
