Welcome to the wacky world of $30, a land where all the cards must be inexpensive to get on this list.I'm looking to build a Commander deck for a friend of mine who doesn't want to spend a ton of money on magic, so I made this and am looking for feedback on it before I give the list to him.

PLEASE FEEL FREE TO GIVE ME SUGGESTIONS I DO LOVE THEM!!! (as long as they are budget friendly)

ALL CARDS SHOULD BE AROUND $0.50 OR LOWER!!!!

I will of course make exceptions to this rule if there are cards that are about a dollar and are exceptionally good.

Some combos:

Psychosis Crawler + Jushi Apprentice = A lot of card drawn plus a lot of life taken away from your opponents.
