Despite lacking Commander Ninjitsu, I think Higure, the Still Wind offers an interesting tempo / aggro flying men game plan. With an abundance of low costed aggressive flyers we can reliably get our ninjitsu action going. Mono blue offers a lot in terms of reliable counter magic and Back to Basics . Jace and Grim Monolith can easily be subbed out for alternatives like Jace, Unraveler of Secrets , Mu Yanling, Celestial Wind , Jace, Cunning Castaway , Mind Stone , Basalt Monolith , Wayfarer's Bauble , Mox Tantalite etc.
