Sram's Cheerio Engine (as seen on ChannelFireball)

Commander / EDH Artifact Combo Mono-White

OnsetNonsense

This deck aims to set up an engine of cost reduction and card draw off of cheap equipments. Cost reduction is achieved with Helm of Awakening, Foundry Inspector, Cloud Key, Semblance Anvil, Danitha Capashen, Paragon, and Krark-Clan Ironworks. On the other end of the spectrum, card draw is possible with Sram, himself, as well as Puresteel Paladin, Alhammarret's Archive, Mystic Forge and sometimes Skullclamp + tokens.

Once this loop of drawing and casting cheap cheerios is set up, a payoff card is used to gain advantage and finish the game. In this deck, from worst the best, these include Kemba Kha Regent, Monastery Mentor, and Aetherflux Reservoir. Additionally, putting a lot of equipments on Sram or another creature is a very real threat, with Puresteel Paladin or KCI. The deck feels very consistent overall, given that the commander turns half the cards in the deck into can-trips, and feels fun yet fair for a combo deck.
